No automatic off switch if vpn fails. And the vpn will fail. You will be connected to a server and then you will check which one and that server will have vanished and youll just be disconnected. Instead of this thing switching you to a different server. Thanks a lot. So mullvad has been advertising so heavily that they have gotten too big for their britches. I deal with constant captchas and human verification bs. Not to mention that the sf servers are so worthless. That when you use them you get flagged by every app. And have to deal with age verification bs. Mullvad has jumped the shark by becoming too big and its just not practical for day to day stuff. Probably won’t buy another month. Whatever you do, dont buy more than one month at a time because i anticipate their service becoming even worse and no amount of yearly discount will make it worth it. If this company cant be clever and be a good vpn. We will take our money elsewhere

Need temporary disconnection feature
My experience with Mullvad’s been pretty good. The privacy-centric features (not keeping logs, etc) is appreciated. Also the ad blocking and malware blocking is something I depend on.
One missing feature though (compared to some other VPN services) is the ability to disconnect temporarily, meaning it would reconnect automatically after a set period like 15 minutes. Reason I have depended on this feature extensively while using other VPNs, is that some sites, like some banks, will not work over a vpn connection and once I disconnect, I often forget to reconnect. Would be good if you can add this feature. Thx.

Love Mullvad, but I don’t like the recent changes to multi hop. We used to be able to pick out entry and exit servers; now you’ve taken that away. I really despise the “dumbing down software for everyone because a few don’t understand it” approach; that’s the Apple way, and it’s limiting and not very respectful of your users. Give a dummy-proof toggle, sure, but don’t take away useful features for everyone and tell us we’ll love having less control. First time I’ve ever been a little unhappy with Mullvad.

Please update all servers ASAP! App has been extremely laggy after I paid for 6 mos service. It was working fine before that.

Worst experience ever..
The worst service ever! I used many well known vpns this one is the worse! You have to keep change location for it to actually connect! You choose uk it connects you to Spain! Not to mention the ips provided by the service have fraud complaints like what did I pay for! Even if it’s small amount of money but the trust and the time worth more!

Mullvad getting worse
Mullvad’s iOS app has never support automatic VPN connection, so I use their DNS servers to have some level of protection when I’m not connected. Now they’re shutting down those servers and not providing an alternative that supports add and tracker blocking.

Frustrating
I find it so frustrating that you can only have it on five devices originating from your home IP. It wouldn’t be as bad if I could easily figure out which device is which name. It's not like it lets you choose a name or give a clue. If I knew which device was on the l could temporarily remove it so that I could turn it on on for another device. Many people have many devices at home. The limit should be at least 10 devices, as long as they're originating from the same Home IP. Obviously so that people aren’t sharing with people not in that home. Of course I’m only speaking from the point of view of a home network. I guess there would have to be a different limit for mobile devices

Good speed, quick connections.
I’ve been a Surfshark user for 2 years, Proton user for a year prior to that. My cheap Surfshark subscription had come to an end so I thought I’d try something new. Mullvad blows the others out the water. It’s so much faster and more reliable. I do wish Mullvad would create an IOS widget though.
"Internal Error"
Trying to log in on iPhone app and it says login failed - internal error. I don't have more than 1 device in my account currently and yet even after an uninstall and reboot still nothing. Suggestions?
