CEO is the most significant funder of Swedish far-right by a huge margin. It’s a shame this is one of the best VPNs on the market because I will not be renewing.

Owner supports alt right groups. But app is Okayish.
Overall I like the app. There are issues with latency which is to be expected from a VPN. but sometimes on certain servers packet loss and latency is excessive, also I have difficulty connecting to servers sometimes, so bad I’ll need to restart the phone to connect.
Better than terrific
I held off on getting a VPN for almost a decade. Mainly because I couldn’t decide. After using Mullvad for a few weeks I can honestly say it’s better than terrific.

So mullvad has been advertising so heavily that they have gotten too big for their britches. I deal with constant captchas and human verification bs. Not to mention that the sf servers are so worthless. That when you use them you get flagged by every app. And have to deal with age verification bs. Mullvad has jumped the shark by becoming too big and its just not practical for day to day stuff. Probably won’t buy another month. Whatever you do, dont buy more than one month at a time because i anticipate their service becoming even worse and no amount of yearly discount will make it worth it. If this company cant be clever and be a good vpn. We will take our money elsewhere

Founder donates to far-right political parties
Turns out the guy behind this app absolutely sucks and uses the profits from it to back political parties supporting “remigration” of non-white people. Time to find a new VPN.
Do Not Pay for Hatred
I enjoyed the function of this app, and so was deeply disappointed to learn that the CEO of this company is the main financer of Sweden’s far-right political party, Örebro. They have stated this as a “private” donation and another way to “express and access views [people] disagree with,” but extremism is not a matter of opinion, it is an antisocial willingness to ruin the lives of others due to hatred, prejudice, intolerance, all things evil. I will no longer be giving my money to this app, I will not have my finances damage the wellbeing of innocent strangers.

A lot of acronyms, but it’s true. Mullvad is the best. I’m coming from Surf Shark previously but it’s not even a contest. Connectivity, price, privacy… it’s all better with Mullvad. A perfect VPN experience.
