Frustrating
I find it so frustrating that you can only have it on five devices originating from your home IP. It wouldn’t be as bad if I could easily figure out which device is which name. It's not like it lets you choose a name or give a clue. If I knew which device was on the l could temporarily remove it so that I could turn it on on for another device. Many people have many devices at home. The limit should be at least 10 devices, as long as they're originating from the same Home IP. Obviously so that people aren’t sharing with people not in that home. Of course I’m only speaking from the point of view of a home network. I guess there would have to be a different limit for mobile devices

Good speed, quick connections.
I’ve been a Surfshark user for 2 years, Proton user for a year prior to that. My cheap Surfshark subscription had come to an end so I thought I’d try something new. Mullvad blows the others out the water. It’s so much faster and more reliable. I do wish Mullvad would create an IOS widget though.
"Internal Error"
Trying to log in on iPhone app and it says login failed - internal error. I don't have more than 1 device in my account currently and yet even after an uninstall and reboot still nothing. Suggestions?

Never had any issues with this VPN, clean UI, heaps of servers and a strict privacy policy. I use it on my iPhone, Mac and PC.

Not working on iOS
Have been a customer for over 3 years and have never had an issue until now. The app has just stopped working completely on both my iOS devices with no explanation or way to recoup the time I’ve paid for. Infinitely loads on every network I’ve tried.

Great if you don’t mind 80s dial up speed. It really slows things down: videos stop start and are laggy a lot of the time.

This vpn sucks TikTok doesn’t even work when I’m in China so if you’re planning to come to China and want to use TikTok I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone!

Either disconnect when time runs out or put up a system notification so that ppl aren't chasing their tail trying to figure out why their connection isn't working

J’étais abonné chez Proton VPN que je viens de quitter.
Proton était un bon VPN mais Mullvad VPN le surpasse c’est surprenant :
plus rapide beaucoup plus léger il ne déconnecte pas et un abonnement carrément moins chers du coup je ne regrette pas le changement.
Seul point un peut négatif il n’y a pas de prélèvement mensuel automatique de l’abonnement il faut à chaque fois réaliser le paiement soit même pour la durée de son choix de 1 mois ( 5 euros ) jusqu’à 12 mois ( 60 euros ) ce n’est pas précisé au départ on le découvre en s’abonnant.
