MAM Mobile is a companion to the Multi Agent Manager desktop app. It mirrors your live agent queue and sends a notification the instant a chat is ready or is waiting on you. The contents of your conversations never leave your computer. HOW IT WORKS 1. Install Multi Agent Manager on your desktop (multiagentmanager.app). 2. Turn on "Sync to Mobile" in desktop settings and sign in. 3. Sign in here with the same account — your queue appears. REQUIRES the Multi Agent Manager desktop app. This app displays your queue and sends alerts; it does not run AI agents on its own.
