New Game - Old Tale
I’ve been playing multi-play video poker for I believe years, but I think I will have to move on. Somehow, the algorithms in your new app have changed the game for me. I can’t seem to get any big hands and run out of credits so I have to buy in order to stay in the game. I used to have to only pay $19.99 and now you’ve changed it to $49.99, a price I’m not happy to pay. I work at this program daily; I’m even a subscriber at $19.99 a month and yet I can’t get a break…trips never turn to quads, two pair never turn to a full house, not to mention four card straights or flushes. It’s been very discouraging over the last several weeks. I guess I will play out the money I have and then cancel and delete.

Don’t Bother
You’d have better luck in a casino. The bots are firmly in control thus making it nearly impossible to win. Ruby Seven wants you to buy in to their purchase coins scam, and I’m sure, even with that, one will still lose.

Money vacuum…
I play a lot of video poker at casinos… the app is a visually beautiful representation of the machines at casinos, but that’s where the similarities end… I understand the developers desire to make money, but ridiculous is ridiculous… after 5+ years (including spending $20/month for chip buys) of playing very small bets on the app ( because it strongly appears the programming has been set to grind away at your bank) and way too frequently attempt to get you to buy more chips…
There is a weekly poker challenge in the game with 16 stages… I typically finish 1-13 in about 2 hours, then spend 5 days looking for (2) 4 of a kind to finish stage 14…
Not enough big wins, and the chip packages are too expensive
Also, no defined way to obtain any user level above “Bronze”…
And 2 MINUTE advertisements to get the same 5,000 chips that we got for 30 seconds, just 2 years ago…

Game cheats.
I’m ok, with watching ads, but I’m constantly being cheated. Several times in a session. Occasionally, I understand. Although gaming in Las Vegas, wouldn’t let that fly. The game freezes a lot. I’ll have to delete this game soon.

I agree with money vacuum, you should let people who spend money have a little fun. More to say, when addressing money vacuum you say that you guys are like the mechanics of the casinos, no you guys make the casinos look good, it’s one thing to take the points from people who don’t spend any money, but you guys take away the points faster when we spend the money, this is ridiculous. I know you guys are rigging the decks to make people spend more money, it’s obvious, there was one time you guys let me get to 19 million, and then immediately took it back, because you wanted money. Let people enjoy the game a little longer. And don’t talk mechanics, we’re not that dumb.

Very little payout for the investment
I’ve played this poker game and it just takes your money. Interesting algos. You get a sale price and purchase 20.00 of play of 6 million. Never got one five of a kind and the highest hand was straight flush. Even after they gave me a 5 million point bonus after the original dwindled. I played 50.00 to 200.00 per hand range. Terrible odds. It’s a great looking game but it doesn’t pay.

Good quality games
The quality of the games is very good, but the odds make it impossible to win. At this point, you might as well just go to the real casino. At least you have the chance to win real money

Scam site. Maybe one win and then you will lose every bet until your chip count is gone. Also watch for duplicate charges and random charges when you haven’t even made a purchase

The payouts in the game are horrendous. I spent $300 over the coarse of a month maybe and didn’t one 4 of a kind in my their multi strike game mode.
Don’t play this game. There are way better poker game out there with better odds.
