[All purpose mode] You can measure the frequency of taps per 1 minute or 1 hour. After tapping "start button", the average frequency of taps per 1 minute or 1 hour will be displayed in "average frame" by tapping "+ button" at every 1 time. The frequency of taps per 1 minute or 1 hour about last once will be displayed in "last lap frame". You can change per minute or per hour by "/min - /h switch". [Speed mode] You can measure the speed. At first, change unit of distance by "km - mile switch". After tapping "start button", the average speed will be displayed in "average speed frame" by tapping "km button" at every 1 km or "mile button" at every 1 mile. The speed about last 1 km or 1 mile will be displayed in "last lap frame". *After tapping "start button", you can not change the unit of distance until resetting. [Tempo mode] You can measure the tempo of music. After tapping "start button", the average tempo will be displayed in "average tempo frame" by tapping "note button" at every 1 beat. The tempo about last 1 beat will be displayed in "last lap frame". [Heart rate mode] You can measure the heart rate. After tapping "start button", the average heart rate will be displayed in "average heart rate frame" by tapping "heart button" at every 1 beat. The heart rate about last 1 beat will be displayed in "last lap frame". *Display of bradycardia, normal, and tachycardia should only be considered as a guide.
