It offers: - A Self-Assessment Tool that helps schools measure their readiness to embrace diversity, while collecting parents’ and children’s experiences with current practices. - The Children’s Pack, a collection of playful, interactive, language-rich activities for teachers to use in class or in non-formal settings. - The Family Forum, a friendly meeting point where parents can connect, exchange ideas, and support one another. - The Mentoring Pack, filled with engaging activities that encourage communication, collaboration, and bonding between parents and children. Available in EN, ES, IT, DE, SI, and GR, the app offers a clear and accessible overview of how prepared primary schools are to welcome learners with migrant backgrounds. It also provides a safe, multilingual space for families to express their views, share their stories, and propose ways to build fairer and more inclusive educational practices.
