Another trick
There are a lot of little tricks & techniques to use when mixing sound. I don’t know much about it but I know this gives me more control over how much sound I can fit in to a mix without canceling other sounds - and it still maintains that basic shape when converting it to mono - which is what sold me on it to begin with.
