MultiCodons shows codons and corresponding amino acids, codon table, and translates DNA/protein sequence into protein/DNA.
You can change the genetic code by choosing from 24 candidate organisms/organelles, including the standard code.
* Codon Selector - shows the amino acid(s) coded by selected codon(s).
* Codon Table - displays all codons of selected genetic code. Differences with the standard code are indicated in boldface. Tapped codon and amino acid is shown on the top.
* Translator - Input DNA/protein sequence, then translated protein/DNA sequences are shown. Use multitouch to input mixed bases.
The lower and upper case letters represent bases of DNA and amino acids of protein, respectively.
In-App purchase: You can copy & paste sequence or translated alignment in Translator of full version.
