Cannot login in the app
I can login on the web but it’s doesn’t work in the App.
USA app store only Polish app
This app is only for Poland. As I need to use Multisport in Slovakia, this app in US app store doesn’t allow to be switched between different countries and therefore I can’t use Slovakian virtual card.

It’s good
The app is good, but there are some issues. For example search engine is working, but sometimes searching facility(that accepts ms) name shows no results, or ‘rate app’ button being just a placeholder. But other than that it serves its purpose as ms card so it’s useful. Would be fun thing to add training counter.

impossible to log in
I’ve tried a million times to log in and program show “error”. I installed it a long time ago, and previously everything was ok, this time program ask “multisport want use password…” - doesn’t matter what I choose, every time “oops something went wrong”. In my gym it’s only one possibility to show app. How can I use it?

I love it, also has an option for English only and very user friendly. You verify identity once and that’s it.

got my card number by email, the website recognizes it while the app does not make it impossible for me to use the service
Better to have physical card with you all the time
I’m sitting in from of the gym and can’t get in because this application randomly with no reason just deleted my mutisport card from app. At this point I have to go home, find the document and connect it again. Waste of time and nerves. Also it randomly logs out every day
Extremely bad
Application just simply doesn't let you log in. For some reason it's asking to log in though site (why can't I do it in application?) and laugh l leading to some error. Therefore I have to have my physical card and ID on me instead of using only application. Very unsuitable
Keep getting logged out
Nothing beats wasting 10 minutes every second time I go to the gym and realising I just got logged out. Usually I can log back in normally but today it just didn’t let me at all. Password reset led to me being able to log back in… but my card details were gone…

Misleading
On my older iPhone, the app store offered me to download the older, still compatible, version of the app, but actually the app doesn’t let you sign in, and asks to update.
Trudniej wejść do klubu niż przekroczyć granicę państwa
Aby wejść do klubu na karcie Multisport trzeba pokazać - w dodatku do karty MS - dowód tożsamości. Kilka razy nie moglem wejść bo nie noszę dowodu ze sobą. Placę za 6 pracownikow co miesiąc i kazdy z nich mial tem sam problem.czy za te pieniądze nie może ta korporacja wymyśleć sposób weryfikacji korzystny DLA KLIENTA? Ta forma jest uciążliwa i prymitywna.

Dont Update the App
Each time you update the app, it signs you off and then if you are registered with your company email, you have to deal with receiving authorization codes on your company email. It is an horrendous process. No idea why they have to log you out each time you update the app.
Great service & experience
Every time I use Multisport for my swimming pool or gym I am thrilled with how cheap it is! Thanks to that I can avail of sports facilities very often and I am happy I can stay fit and healthy. Swimming pool is a bargain!
App doesn’t work
Why when I try to log in I have the screen download data. I wrote in correct password and nothing.

Do you use eKafeteria and MultiSport? Brace yourself — merging those accounts is a recurring nightmare. The refresh token expiry feels completely random, and unexpected logouts don’t make it any better. Worst of all, it always seems to happen when you’re away from your work laptop and just about to walk into the gym.
I’m guessing agile coaches and execs must be thrilled with this app.
