Simple and Useful UI but updates needed
The app is simple and useful ,however some measures needed to capture corrupt traffic men as well .There is no provision to escalate wrongful mannerisms of Traffic police .It must work both ways for public and police .
UI design flaw on Report Violation tab
Once a photo is taken, you only see a small thumbnail. So when you have to fill in the registration number, unless you remember it, you have no other option. A simple fix is the ability to zoom in to the picture. Makes it unusable to report things like bikes going on footpaths, vehicles not stopping at Red lights.

Needs update
This app has stopped showing me my challans for over a year now. I can see it on the website where also my payments failed multiple times. But unable to see them on the app. Please fix the issues
OTP problem
Not receiving otp to login on IOS. I was using it for a long time & suddenly got logged out. Trying yo log in again but not receiving otp!!! Tried uninstalling & reinstalling but problem is still there. Please do the needful.
People are generating fake fines.

I am extremely disappointed with the recent experience I had with Mumbai Police. I had parked my superbike inside the private boundary of my bungalow, yet I was wrongly issued a fine for “wrong parking” as if it was on a public road.
I immediately sent a detailed email to the concerned department with proof and clarification, but the response I received was disheartening. They simply said, “It is an official fine, and we can’t help you in any case.”
No proper investigation, no site verification, and no accountability. This is not how citizens who follow the law should be treated. I respect the work Mumbai Police does, but blindly issuing fines without facts and then refusing to hear genuine appeals only hurts public trust.
I request the authorities to re-examine such cases more carefully in the future and allow a fair appeal process for those who have not violated any rule.

App just for show-off on ios
The traffic police app is just for show-off on ios platform, only to show that the app exists on ios platform as well. The otp doesn’t come at all to login and then very conveniently you will send court notice if there is any challan. How is one suppose to know when the app doesn’t allow to login
Civilian report not working
Reporting of traffic offences is not functional. After filling all the details and taking photos once we press the submit button, nothing happens. This is been the situation for a few months with no resolution from the developer.
Crappy app! Cannot report violation!
Firstly it’s stupid that we’re supposed to open the app live to report traffic violation. And finally when I got an opportunity submission did not happen after uploading photos & description! Then what’s the point of this?! Useless!! Haan… But you can view your own violations easily on the app! Smart!!

Citizen Report Feature Not Working
The citizen reporting feature, which allows anyone to click pictures and report violations, is not working. After clicking pictures of the violation & filling number plate & other derails, the submit button does not submit the report. Requesting the developers to fix this issue.

Nice App
Very happy with the purpose and action. We should promote this more and more. Traffic in Mumbai is out of control and this app makes everyone help manage this. Pls promote further. Pls note when we take a third picture the app crashes. Pls fix

I have been a regular and proud user of this app.
However, after the recent update for the iOS version, whenever one takes a image to report a civil complaint, the app just exits out before the report is sent.
Also when I am putting the number of the defaulting vehicle in the old pattern it says that the number format is incorrect.
iPhone AutoCorrect and iPhone sentence shortcuts are not getting accepted in the app.
All these were working fine in the earlier version.
Kindly rectify the same at the earliest so that the wrong doings of the public can get reported to Traffic authority

App crashes when it’s needed the most
Whenever I need to file a complaint, it first asks me to upload pictures as proof, write a detailed note, and do more formalities, and as soon as I fill those and click the submit button, the app crashes and my time has successfully been wasted!!

Technical need to work on development of app. Many times instant photo need to be clicked in such scenario no option other than clicking pic in Normal camera. Please create a browse option wherein ppl can click n select pics from mobile gallery.

App urgently requires an update
Nothing is visible. Literally nothing can be seen in the app. You can’t check your own vehicle numbers, you can’t check the violation details.. just the amount and images can be clicked. Please make this app user friendly.

App needs a lot of Upgrades. Interface is worst
Idea of creating an app is fantastic but maintenance is equally important. Can’t see a single information on any of the tabs. Only the payment option works. Whoever is the developer of this app, I hope you the SDLC of softwares. Only creation is not important, regular updates and maintenance is also needed. Wonderful idea executed in the worst way possible. Kindly regroup and try to resolve the issues.
