Not worth it
The app does not have full options of food. You have to fo back and fourth with specifics of your order. They also inflate the pricing vs the restaurant and add delivery and convenient fee on top. Not worth it… deal with restaurant

EVERY-TIME I order from Munch , there is an error in my order , keep in mind this happens every time . If this continues, not only will bad reports of your service be made clear to your customer base , it will be made public and this I can guarantee.
The Worst App & Customer Service
I have waited 1 hour 30 minutes and my order was cancelled on the application. 5 missed calls and Munch will not answer my calls.

Impossible to get an update on your order status or reach Munch. Much better to deal directly with the restaurant.

Can’t see why people rate so low, Chang shouldn’t be a must it should be tip, food id never cold more like warm and is always within the hour very please with munch, however have come across a few incidents where a munch driver has nearly caused an accident but I enjoy the effort to make sure food id delivered on time. Tip them people they’re making a living here
