This app and their website has been broken for months, sadly some local boba shops are still linking to it resulting in a terrible user experience and an inability to order ahead.

Hasn’t been working
I love the app when it’s working but for months now I have not able to login. When I tap OK to request the SMS message for sign in notification, nothing happens. I also see “Network request failed” a lot. All of my software is up to date and I tried uninstalling/reinstalling. Did Muncho go out of business? Seems like the websites aren’t even working.

Login verification expired Error
Hello, I absolutely love this app but recently I have not been able to login. It’s frustrating that it makes me login several times a month, I understand for security purposes ?? But it happens too often now. The issue now,is it has logged me out and when I send the verification code I immediately type it in and it says it’s expired. Even if it’s seconds after I received the code. Gave it 3 stars to hopefully receive help, I couldn’t find another way to contact Muncho. My app is also up to date btw ! More than happy to change review once app is fixed :)

Logging in doesn’t work and it says login expired when i enter the SMS code
Cannot login on multiple platforms
I get “login is expired” immediate after entering number from text, on both Mac OS and on iOS.
Can’t log in and app was down
I’ve used muncho in the past and it works great most of the time, but once in a while it won’t let me do the SMS. I also recently got a new phone and the app wasn’t showing up in the App Store so I tried to get it from google but it said it wasn’t available in my region. Hopefully they have fixed these problems and have taken measures to make sure it doesn’t happen again, but when the app works it’s super convenient and I love it.

terrible delivery
Ordered delivery and it took 20 min to find a driver and another 20 for the driver to start driving to my food location. My foods already cold
Can’t log in
It logged me out and I don’t receive the verification message even though the app said the message is sent.
Can’t log in via SMS
Like other reviews, I cannot log in via SMS. I have tried several times, but I never receive its verification codes. And this happens for a while.
Good service but currently not working
I’ve been using this service for a year and it’s worked great, but I can’t log in currently because the code isn’t being sent through text. Hopefully this is fixed soon :)

Switched phones last week and haven't been able to log in or get pick up notifications via SMS ever since, please help!
