This bank is still living in 1990. The absolute worst website and app. The low interest rates are not worth the hassle.
App Doesn’t Work
This app hasn’t worked in months and no one is doing anything to correct the problem. Don’t waste your time downloading it, because you will not be able to log into your account. I am about to close all accounts with MECU if they don’t fix this issue.
Slowest app on my phone
Nice features but it’s the slowest app on my phone. sometimes you’re just out of luck with it working.

Please do yourself a favor and don’t download. This app has numerous problems. Constantly locks up, that is if you can even get through the startup screen. Designer must have flunked out of elementary website design. My 10 year old son should be called in as a consultant to fix this app’s basic flaws.

Confusing check deposit
We are supposed to write some initials on the back of the check when using the deposit check feature. Good luck on finding what this initials are....

There is no place for explanations of transfers being made. Previously this was available.

Worst app/ services ever
This app from the beginning has been crap I freaking loathe this new updated set up , it is constantly down , right along down with the whole bank website , always always issues. The whole bank is a joke , from giving away their people’s checks to not calling people back when you email them a request , nothing. If I hadn’t been with them 20 years I would leave . Too much time and not wanting to go through the hassle of changing my bill pay , hopefully they get this together .
