Limited functionality
Limited functionality, at least on my iPhone iOS 17. I wish it worked. I truly do, but it is extremely limited.
Get the $400 book instead
this app is quite honestly the worst app i’ve used. the UI is HORRIBLE! it is like a early 2000s flash website without the tacky background. it also just straight up doesn't work. the screen will change the actual colour. same with your eyes. if you need to identify soil colour, buy a used version of the book. it’ll be dirty probably but better than this!

Color Values for Odd Chroma Values Missing
Odd numbered chroma value color codes missing. Ie: 10YR 8/1, 10YR 8/3 ...10YR8/13
Color names would be good to see. For example “dark olive brown”.
The tool is very useful, but these items will affect the ratings.
