New chapters
I am disappointed in that the new episodes have not been done. I am not so smart in that I purchased extra energy, because I loved the game so much, and got to end of episode with credits I can’t use!! Also the other game that’s set in Switzerland (?), I may be wrong on that. However, where are the new chapters/episodes? They are truly the best games I’ve ever played. But for now, they are deleted.

Best game ever
Love this game so much I highly recommend playing but on my end it wouldn’t load into the game and I would be stuck at the home screen and sometimes i would be in mid play and it kick me out either way the story line is amazing and I love the game overall.

I ran in to an issue with the game constantly resetting with a server error. Seriously, an I the only one have this issue? Support made it seem like I was.

Exceptional Game
I played this game years ago, and thought I would see what had updated since then. I felt the same as I do now. Beautiful graphics, engaging story, but Energy too hard to get, fills too slow, have to pay a lot to be able to play just a little while. And I notice this is almost always the same comment made by other reviewers in their opening sentences. I am 80 and do not see as well as I used to, and you cannot enlarge the screen to see a lot of the really small items in a scene. I really like to play this but unfortunately I do not want to wait to keep playing, and energy too expensive.

Fast energy drains frustrating
Could be a good game but the energy drains far too quickly so you don’t get to play for long periods of time without paying (obviously) which leads to frustration.

The energy transfer from Murder in the Alps is not working for me to this game, it only works towards MITA. Any help on how to fix it?
The energy
The energy in this game takes forever to refill; 23 hours just to get 200 energy, and it runs out too quickly. How am I supposed to finish the game if this is how it works?

I just finished murder by choice and at the end it said a new chapter is coming soon so I looked it up and it said you’ve been making it for four years. Do you know when you’re gonna be done with it or if you’re still going forward with it
Great Mystery, Terrible Energy System
I started to enjoy the game but energy system completely ruins it . I’m forced to spend 5 energy just to investigate/find a single item, while energy regenerates incredibly slowly. It constantly interrupts the story and makes the game feel designed around pushing players to buy energy rather than simply enjoy the mystery. I’d happily play for longer if the energy system wasn’t so restrictive. Really disappointing because the actual murder mystery is fun.

Great game but ridiculously low energy regen
I just came back to this game after a couple of years and remembered why I played it before but then also why I deleted it pretty soon after. The graphics, the story and the gameplay are great but the energy regen is so stupidly low (1 every 5 mins) and even viewing videos gives only a small amount. Needing to spam multiple video ads just to do a single search game makes a great game really painful to play. We’ll see how long I last before deleting again in exasperation.

No replayability
It’s a good game with an interesting story, but once you’re done, you’re done. The main story cannot be replayed, and it’s obvious that the sequel (which has been “Coming Soon!” for years) will never arrive. I can understand a decision to cease new development - but surely it can’t be hard to provide a way to reset the story. Seems obvious for a game whose basic idea is that the player can choose among many paths.

I LOVE this game & Murder In The Alps— waiting for an update so more chapters will unlock. I saw something a year or so ago that both would be updated in 2024 or 2025! Still waiting.
terrible energy point replenishment system
It’s impossible to fully enjoy the gameplay. The energy limit is too low, and actions cost too many points. How are you supposed to play this?
Issues with game.
I have been playing this game for over a year now. And for months I have been stuck in the dining room it will not let me back out of the room and go to the docks to meet everyone else. Love this game just can’t play it anymore. :(
