Poorly tested app
App has deficiencies in User Interface factors, which suggest that (at least for iOS version) it was not tested for different display options which many users set. Merely setting a password was an ordeal because the keyboard obscured the screen buttons and fields — and screen could not be scrolled. WORKAROUND: users must go to OS Settings to choose smallest possible font size to squeeze dialogue onto the screen, then re-open app.
