Reloaded app but it only takes me to commercial login
This app needs some work.
Half the time it won’t load when I open it. I have to open it and close it several times to get it to load. I also wish that it had the capability of storing your payment information. Now you have to enter in your payment information every single time.
Awesome App!
I really like this app. Not only does it remind me about trash only or trash and recycle days, it offers information about inclement weather pick ups…AND!…I can pay my bill through it. Many thanks to Murrey’s for putting clients, first.
App needs work.
Very handy app. Helps remind you which week is recycling. Only after opening and closing/resetting the app at least a dozen times just for it to load/open. Frustrating.
Locks up often
Your app isn’t that great! Locks up or will not download the calendar more often than not I have to shut down the app or reinstall it to get it to work

Broken App
I don’t know what the last update to this app did, but when I open the app it’s just a blank screen and I click anything. I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloading it and still nothing. Please fix your app
Recycle Days
We love this app for knowing when it is a recycle or paper pick up.

Love the app! Just wish they would sent the reminder at like 5-6pm and not 8pm when we are already in bed lol
Doesn’t work half the time
Half the time it doesn’t work and the other half I get push notifications
App crashes
Sometimes I need to remove the app and reload again on my iPhone. When it does work it is often very slow to open. I’m not a patient person. I also used to get notices so I rarely needed to open the app. It’s been forever since I received notices of what to put out at the curb.
Good idea if it actually
For a while, the app would give me notifications for which items to put out with garbage and that was great, but anytime I tried to open the app it would never load and no then over a month and it hasn’t given me any notifications and I have not changed any of my settings.

From Daryn, the guy who picks up the garbage, to the prompt, helpful people who answer the phone if I have to call! It doesn’t surprise me that the app is as efficient as they are in person!
Paperless
It has taken me awhile to go paperless. So far so good. Love the convenience. I am able to see pick up dates, pay my bill, and see what’s going on in the world of trash disposal. All good. Thank you.

Doesn’t work
When I first downloaded this app it was great. But now there’s nothing there. I’ve loaded it on my phone and my iPad but it still doesn’t work. There’s just a blank screen. It doesn’t even ask for my address. Worthless.
Stop asking for ratings
I like the app but hate when apps ask “do you like this app? Yes or no” like a grade school crush. Ask me to rate you but don’t force me to pick at that moment. Let me pick later or at least when you ask, don’t let the “rate me” popup lock up the app! Crashing it and reopening didn’t fix it either. I had to delete and reinstall the app. Next time I won’t bother you with the second part.

Terrible experience
Terrible app, doesn't load 90% of the time, and when it does load it's extremely slow and constantly crashes. If their goal is to make people use their mobile site, it's working. Not that the mobile site is much better
