Extremely helpful
Shows protocols and not only provides general info, but utilizes location sharing for nearest hospitals and other important info. Only change I would make would be a better Ai assistant that can help with stuff outside of just what’s already available

This is a truly great app. I’ve used it as a BLS provider and recently as an ALS provider. It’s easy to use and accurate. Customer service is exceptional! I would recommend to all providers.

This app is seriously helpful. A way to get information quickly to help patients on the spot. Also a good way to track your supplies in your med bag. Use this often and plan to use it as a confirmation in the field.
Most Reliable Service
Ever since I was in EMT training our instructor pushed for everyone to download Muru. Since then it has been the most reliable service while practicing in NYS as an EMT-B. Very quick to search for medications, the dosages, infrequent protocols, and even the most common protocols that we use everyday. Their support system is top tier and one of the best. This team is showing constant improvement as they continuously push updates and changes to the app to better suite the needs of the field. Truly a job well done and I’ll recommend this app to every provider in NYS.

As an EMS captain this app helps me in so many ways.

Absolutely incredible app. The simplicity of the layout. The organization. The search system. It’s my favorite app on my phone. If you work in EMS and don’t have this app you’re putting yourself and your patients at a disadvantage.

This App rides third on all calls, makes scanning protocols a breeze especially when headed to that hot job and you just want to be extra certain with no second guessing, the ease of finding exactly what you need and only what you need in pinch for that clutch decision is a God sent.
Muru for the win!
My partner and I love this app. As paramedics, it has helped tremendously in keeping down med errors and assisting in more critical patient calls. Especially pediatrics when dosing can be bit harder. We also appreciate the 24/7 help from the chat.
