The purpose of this application is to create an effective, integrated, and organized mechanism for collecting shareholders' data, facilitating the process of paying profits(not the actual disbursement), trading private shares, communicating with individuals, and facilitating the process of displaying accounts and activities to users. It will also consist of granting full privacy to family members by reducing the number of individuals who will have the authority to access, review, or process any information related to shareholders.
