Placement, university forms, a working Support desk and a rebuilt Class Schedule are all new, and an Apps button opens everything else. PLACEMENT (STUDENTS) - A new Placement app on the university's placement system: where you are, and what needs you next. - Fill in your registration form and save as you go, sign documents with your finger, upload your CV or ID card, and download the finished ones. - Read a placement offer in full and accept or reject it. - Once you are placed: your company, dates, site and supervisor, calendar dates and your placement letter. - Record your weekly check-in and message your supervisor. FORMS - Browse the university's official forms, fill them in and submit them for approval, each with a reference number. - Open a request to see its status and how far along the approval chain it is. Save a part-filled form as a draft, or withdraw one. - If requests are routed to you for approval, review and decide them here. CLASS SCHEDULE - Your timetable is now a Class Schedule. Day opens on the class you are in or the next one due, and counts down. - Week lays the week out hour by hour; swipe to any week. Courses lists every module you take this term, with instructor, credits and grade. - Home shows a live card for your current or next class. - Get a notification 5, 10 or 15 minutes before your first class of the day, or before every class. SUPPORT - Support is now a working help desk. Raise a request in a few guided steps and follow it from submitted to resolved. - Where an answer is already published, you see it before you file. - Reply inside the ticket when the team needs more detail, and rate the help at the end.
