Très bonne application utilisée il y a 3 jours. Marche très bien : description très complète de chaque vitrine et étape du musée. Grand choix de langues (dont le français) . Pas de bug , à très bien fonctionné pour ma visite. Merci !!!
Insatisfaction
L’application n’est pas du tout adaptée à la visite du musée, il y a des numéros qui n’apparaissent pas, des numéros qui ne correspondent pas, et des numéros introuvables.

Great addition to the visit
It can be a bit confusing to track which exhibit the guide is talking about, but as a free audio guide, it‘s doing a great job of enhancing the experience at the museum.
Problems with sound
Unfortunately I was not able to turn up sound. There was no sound – I was very sorry that I could not use the app. Maybe this is only a problem with the english version, I did not try other languages (there was no other language I can understand available). What a pity – I really would have like to get more background informations

This app enhanced my experience greatly and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to know more about what they’re seeing at this museum.

Detailed, thoughtful content about azulejo and the historic, converted convent that houses the collection. As always, you should download the app before you arrive at the Museu. Seasoned travelers know to download on the hotel Wi-Fi before you leave for the day.
Not a great app
They didn’t have English maps so asked us to download. Took a while to down the ap and then had to download the guide which errored out after attempting for a few minutes. Don’t bother downloading as it doesn’t work.

Download takes forever then fails
Having downloaded the app, you have an option to download English audio. Selecting that option then begins a download of 230 snippets - takes about 5 minutes on the museum WiFi. At the conclusion of the download the app reports an error. Retry produces the same result.

Content files error, couldn’t download any information.

App forced download of English language which took 10 minutes and then errored out.
