Hello, Thank you very much for your review. You are right. There was a point in time when we had some major problems with our application. But it was only because we were working hard to make a huge update. We have fully updated our application. We have literally made a new app from zero. We have also rebuilt our generation process, so it is working faster now (and fewer mistakes). And also our support page is working from now on as well. ^-^ We would appreciate it very much if you give our application a second chance.
