Soo Bummed

I paid for a one-year subscription and canceled the renewal because, when I would hum a tune, the app wouldn’t play song suggestions. I have an Apple account, so I’m not sure what the issue was.
On a whim, I decided to try the app again, but this time I received an error message saying it was “ AN ERROR OCCURRED try again layering.”
Ugh! I would really like to be able to try the app for the year I paid for, but I can’t seem to get it working.
I tried to send feedback but the submit button didn’t work either so I am leaving a review instead. So bummed.

SCAM

This app is an absolute scam. I hummed my song, it said it “found it” right away, but you need a premium subscription to show the song however they offer a 7 day free trial. So I got the free trial, it charged me $17 (not free), and when I hummed the song again it couldn’t find it! I want my money back!!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Says free trial but you WILL be charged even if you cancel the same day. There’s not “free trial “. Dispute with Apple and stop nothing. I guess something written in the terms once you download. Not sure which part is free since I deleted the saw day and was still charged. I would post the receipts if they would let me.

when you open the app, it says seven day free trial but then immediately charges you 8 1/2 dollars. It signed you up for a $10 a week subscription so be sure to cancel immediately. To top it off it doesn’t even work it could not find the song

Subscription

I subscribed to the free trial for but the app did not function properly for me. I was not able to find the song I was looking for, and it was taking very long to generate. I have since cancelled my subscription, but I was still charged for the weekly membership of $12.99, within the day of downloading it. The email address for customer support is also apparently a fake one. There’s no way for me to reach out directly to anyone regarding this issue.

SCAM! Do not get!

Downloaded this “free” app because it stated it could identify a song in seconds. I tried to identify a popular song for over 20 minutes with no luck. I deleted the app only to find out I was charged 8$. It does not qualify for a refund and I don’t understand how it has over a 4 star rating when every review is less. It is definitely a scam to get your money.

Scam and Apple won’t do anything to help!

Stay away! I used this app for a few minutes during the “free trial.” Once done using, I immediately cancelled my subscription. Immediately. Two weeks later, 7.99+tax charged to my card. Tried to dispute the charge and Apple essentially told me to pound sand. If you think this is free for a couple weeks you WILL be charged. Stay far, far away. If they’d change their tactics to not be a scam, and charged 10 bucks one time for the app, I’d buy it and leave 5 stars cause it actually worked with me just whistling a tune. But to lie about a free trial and charge 8$ a month? Absolutely ridiculous.

“Free” trial But Charged Immediately

Exactly as the title states and as other reviews have also stated. Free trial activated, and it immediately charged my card. Frauds I want my money back.

Edit: To respond to the publisher’s comment, how about quit scamming people out of money instead of using the same cookie-cutter response to all of the pitiful reviews that all clearly call out the same thing.

didn’t even have this app for 5 minutes

when you first open this app, it tries to get you to start a subscription before you can even use the app and decide if you’d even want a subscription. just don’t even bother downloading, it’s unusable without paying money. it brings up “free trial” pages every time you press ANYTHING.
i read other one star reviews and the developer’s response is the same copy and paste reply telling you to come back and rate it 5 stars. i never write reviews and maybe it’s not that big of a deal, but i’m getting sick of apps that are like this. it is the definition of insincere

THIS IS A SCAM APP! Learned my lesson

I’m not really sure how this app has 4 stars when everyone has rated it so low for the same reasons. These reasons I too learned the hard way. Downloaded the app and used the free trial for maybe 5 minutes. After it couldn’t remotely get me close to the song I was looking for I cancelled what I thought was a free trial and deleted the app. I thought everything was fine, but once the free trial ended I was charged 7.99. I triple checked to make sure I had cancelled the free trial. This app is a scam and maybe another 1 star will bring the rating down because there is absolutely no way this app is even good enough for three stars.

It’s not letting me refund anything

I wasn’t paying attention and I accidentally clicked a button and it made me pay for your subscription and I did not want to do that and now I can’t submit anything to get my money back

Seriously, a total scam. I signed up for less than five minutes. It said it was a free trial and I see I was charged despite canceling within five minutes of downloading the app. Beware. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back.

Not good with instrumental music

Once it attempts to identify the music the app is very clunky in how it shows it to you. You can’t play this song it takes you to, in order to verify that it’s the right one.

I downloaded this app and it didn’t even work like it was supposed to. Useless. And then just hours later i see that I was charged $7.99 after deleting the app and the subscription… even though I was on a free trial for 7 days. It hasn’t even been 6 hours and I was charged full price. SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM !!

THIS APP DOESNT WORK AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY BY CHARGING YOU FOR A CANCELED SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE THE FREE TRIAL IS EVEN OVER.
if i can give NEGATIVE rating i would.

i downloaded app to try and remember a song name. me and my boyfriend both try humming and it still couldn’t find the song.
promptly canceled the free subscription and STILL got charged $7.99.

i double checked my subscriptions to see if i made a mistake. nope there was the app scheduled to end the subscription in a couple days so i was surprised i even got charged before the free trial was even over.

i proceeded with the appeal to apple and explained my case , but they only gave me partial refund.
i appealed again for the full refund and it got denied.
