Works great, use it all the time.
I have had this app for a long time. It is now July 2022 and the last update was about 3 years ago and it still works. I hope that it keeps working and would appreciate updates to ensure it does. Also I have it on my iPhone and iPad and would be nice if I could sync the lists between the 2 devices. If one device was missing a song download then an idea would be that it is still listed but grayed out.

Absolutely Brilliant!
There are great ideas and then there are where-have-you-been-all-my-life ideas. Music Launcher is the latter. I'm already using their app launcher. I thought I'd try the music one. Instantly one of the most valuable apps on my phone now. I can find my favorite albums and playlists immediately. 3D Touch makes it even faster. All this app needs now is an Apple Watch app.

Stopped working
App stopped doing what it's supposed to do. It used to play specific playlists set in the app. Now when you set a playlist it plays your whole music collection instead of the specific playlist
Good for music, worthless for audiobooks
Works well to quickly launch playlists but if you set up a Launcher for an audiobook, which is an option, the audiobooks always start at the beginning and do not remember the playback position even though the Remember Playback Position option is set in iTunes.

I cannot do without this app now. I'm so spoiled to being able to turn on the music I want from the notification center without having to actually open the music app that I can't go back now.
I also really like that it lets you use your own custom icons, and especially that it takes PNG files, so you can use an image that's partly transparent, and it will be transparent on the widget too.
I definitely think upgrading to the Pro version is worth the $1.99, mainly because you can control the repeat and shuffle from the widget and don't have to open the music app, plus being able to have more than 8 and change the size of the icons.

Obsolete?
All the functions of this app now exist in the regular Launcher app. There's nothing wrong with this app really, except it's basically obsolete at this point. Expect updates to come a lot slower than the main Launcher app, if at all.

Nice app but doesn't auto update
This is a nice app, it works as its supposed to. However it doesn't auto update your playlists if your change it in iTunes!

This app has made listening to music extremely easy. And is very customizable. This widget is a great addition to any phone or tablet.
Best app on my phone
Just downloaded it but I'm a huge music listener on my phone and this app is so convenient. Hands down, my favorite app on my iPhone 6 and I can't wait to get some good use out of it.

While the 8.3 iOS update has made this widget slightly better, the lack of landscape view for iPad and iPhone 6+ is rather a bummer. Please add support for this in the next update.

The app is pretty straight forward, it allows you quick access to your favorite music. I can add a whole album or just one song. I went ahead and bought the $1 probers ion to get the control options and more slots for music. I'm so glad Apple finally let developers access the Notification Center because cop widgets come out like this one. I use my phone for messages and utility to my life...this definitely helps!
