ALBUMS
Most artists who I want to listen to their album, won’t even let me, only some of them, but not all of them, which pisses me off. Fix it.
Music gone
I had ur last app music x and now it’s down and I lost all of my music all I want is to see the music I lost so I can re-add them to my other app
Music Playing
Anytime I play a song and exit the app to go onto another app, the music pauses for a second, almost glitching and it does repeatedly and it really messes up the song. Please fix this. Other than that, it’s a good app.

One person already stated this but you guys need to allow us to be able to access the old app in order to somehow obtain the file needed in order for us to get our old playlists…like cmon now
Old app Music X playlists
I used the previous version of this app and had a playlist with over 300 songs saved. After being forced to update, none of my playlists transferred over even though I’m using the same account. The old app won’t let me access anything anymore, so I can’t even see what songs were on my playlist.
This playlist took years to build, and now it’s completely gone. If there is a way to recover old playlists, restore account data, or at least view previously saved songs, I’d really appreciate some help. Losing everything after updating the app is extremely frustrating.
Please look into this issue because it seems like I’m not the only person this has happened to.

I can’t open the app, and it seems like it got taken out of the AppStore. Every time I try to get on it, it tells me to upgrade and takes me to this app. I have about 500 songs saved and I can’t even get in. please fix this.

Okay so the music part works perfectly but it keeps forcing back to native web when i want it on custom player, and when switching back it removes me from my playlist and i have to restart, it’s getting worse and it needs fixing

i cant use the old app anymore. i can assure the developers that nobody cares that the old app cant play videos. its genuinely so stupid that i lose all of my playlists because of this. do better!!! let me use the old app!!
YouTube Music???
Great app, but every time try playing a song, it takes me to YouTube Music. Doesn’t even play the same playlist, so I have to go back to this app every time a song ends. So odd, I’d love to see it fixed soon.
PLEASE HELP, THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT
I had your last app music X and I had a whole entire playlist on there with like 200 songs but then out of nowhere it gotten taken down and now when I go into the app it says please go to the App Store to upgrade to this app so I did thinking my playlist would transfer over because it’s still the same account but my playlist did not transfer and now the old app won’t even let me access my account to see what songs were on my last playlist. I’m in tears because music is really important to me and I can’t remember all the songs I had on there to make another, I just need to see the songs on there, is there anything you could do to help please I’m begging, I just need to see what was on that playlist. My whole entire years worth of songs are lost now and im literally so upset. This is my singular last hope that playlist was like literally the last good thing holding me together and I just lost it please I just need to see the songs that were on there!
