Premium Promised Vinyl Cracking Sound!

The app is interesting for mere visual atmospheric editing. It does what it promises by making your digital library appear as spinning vinyl. However, unless the feature was removed recently, I was wrongly promised that the app would allow me to add the distinctive vinyl cracking sound to my digital music. I have not found this option in an hour of using the premium version!

Hi! Find it in Settings / Behavior! Send me feedback via the app if you have any issues! Thanks Edit: found it? at the bottom of the aforementioned page!! If you did I'd appreciate if you updated your rating!

Great Music App

I stumbled across Music Player – Vinyl Fetish expecting a niche novelty, but it turned out to be one of the most charming and thoughtfully designed music apps I’ve used in a long time.

From the moment you open it, the aesthetic pulls you in. The app beautifully recreates the tactile, nostalgic experience of spinning vinyl records—right down to the subtle animations and realistic turntable details. It’s not just a gimmick either; the interface feels intentional and immersive, making listening to music feel like an experience rather than just background noise.

What really stands out is how smoothly everything works. Navigation is intuitive, playback is seamless, and the app handles your music library with ease. There’s a satisfying blend of retro style and modern functionality—you get the warmth and personality of vinyl without sacrificing convenience.

I also appreciate the attention to detail: the visual feedback when interacting with the “record,” the polished transitions, and the overall sound-focused design philosophy. It clearly wasn’t rushed—this feels like a passion project built by someone who genuinely loves music.

If you’re tired of sterile, generic music players and want something with personality and soul, this app is absolutely worth trying. It transforms everyday listening into something a bit more special.

Incredible!! But there’s one thing…

Please, for Gods sake, make this for Spotify too. Not everyone uses Apple Music. If you made this for Spotify as well, your downloads and premium buys will go up way more than it’s at now.

Vinyl app done right!

There used to be an app like this years ago that disappeared from the App Store, so was pleased to find this recently. Looks great and does what it’s supposed to. Great customization options. Really a standout effort! Love it!! A few fun suggestions: make the background customizable to a textured surface like a table and provide option(s) for realistic looking turntables: victrola, suitcase player, table top player, console, DJ booth, etc. Provide an option for grabbing record (using finger) and doing some DJ scratching. Another fun thing would be a user adjustable playback speed to be able to play records at 33 1/3, 45, and 78 (sped up or slowed down) for chipmunk effects.

great app.

Good afternoon. This app is absolutely awesome. The nice thing is it plays using apple music, but Dang the fact that you have vinyl crackle makes it that much better. God bless you.

Super Groovy!

I feel more in touch with my music using this app than I ever did even during the cd era. Only feature I wish they’d add is a graphic eq with optional vinyl-centric presets for even more authenticity. Great stuff!

YO, I LOVE THIS, BUT ?

Is it possible to update so we could export to video format, so we could post to our YouTube, instagram. Tik Toc…etc

Good app but one more question

Why is my Albums not working

This is Crazy Dope But Could You ?

I have enjoyed this app Since it was Created, just one thing though, I always wished that I could post my songs looking like this on YouTube….that would be insane if you could implement this feature, but keep up the great work guys ✌🏾🙏🏾❤️

Hello! please contact me via email (see Settings / Send Feedback in the app) and refer to this request, so we can discuss the possibilities. Thank you!

Needs more features but I still like it

I like what the app already offers but I personally feel like it’ll be better if I were able to listen to mp3 files

Oh, this app is just so good.

So Mojo have just released their Curiouser and Curiouser review of prog rock nuggets. Not readily available as a playlist anywhere, but Apple Music which is the important music app to have with this app does have a playlist readily supplied by one of their subscribers.

Add this to the Apple music library, then cross reference to Vinyl Fetish, download as an album with vinyl conversion. Yes, put those extra scratches in and you’ve got a playing vinyl record on your iPhone. This is playable even in the car.

Mojo does provide a set aside CD with all the music, but this is Genuine vinyl! An absolute treat, and you can broadcast it onto your TV And pretend it’s paying off your vinyl record player. What more could you ask for!

Great App

I wish they had this app for mac i live this app

Love it

I love this app. It could not be more amazing. I love how it stores my albums all in one place by the artist. I just suggest to change the CD a color was free. And when I click on play it does not play and I have to wait for a few seconds.

Rediscover your love for classic vinyl

I really love this app. Yes, there are tons of visualizer apps out there for your music, but if you’re a fan of the classic vinyl experience, Vinyl Fetish goes above and beyond to try and provide it for you.

Deep with customizations, get as in-depth as you like. Your mileage may vary, and it takes a little investment of time, but I like to add albums (& singles!) that I already physically own, so I have my record collection in a pocket-sized, ready-to-travel form.

Streaming music has changed the way we listen, sometimes not for the better. Vinyl Fetish allows you a moment to pause and re-engage with your favorite albums all over again.

Delightful

I love this app! It’s such a fun way to listen to music, and very thoughtfully designed. The developer is very responsive, too — I found a small bug and he worked with me to get it fixed quickly.

The best app

It is the best because you can play songs in a album and it is so clean and simple to use my favorite feature is the record spinning it is the best app 10/10

Great app amazing for vinyl experience

You can tweak everything down to the 45 RPM converter

The best vinyl record player app in the App Store period.

First off the interface on the app is fun, I like how you can either push the buttons to start, move forward/backward to listen to your music. I really like how you can swipe forward and backwards as well. I love the virtual “crackle” that you can dial up or down to really give the sounds of a vinyl record player. It easily allows you to “vinylize” your playlists from iTunes, and when I was had issues with my music not playing correctly, I contacted the developer and the developer worked with me to resolve the issue. This app doesn’t ask for a monthly subscription, and you can open the full version for an extremely reasonable price. If you are looking for a vinyl record player simulator that will make your music sound like its being played on an old school record player, this app will not disappoint. Download it you won’t regret it!

No sound now!

Used to be good. Now sucks because of no sound and I can’t choose a new album to play. Fix please!

an overpriced novelty

Rental payments for a software music app are idiotic. And a twenty dollar one time fee is just greedy. For a five dollar one time fee I’d consider it worth buying, but as a novelty it’s just not worth the asked price.
