Transcription Assistant was built out of our own frustration. As a team of working musicians who spend countless hours transcribing music, we were tired of using bloated audio players with too many buttons, or constantly having to manually scrub back to catch a fast lick. We needed something incredibly simple that did exactly one thing perfectly: play audio and automatically jump back a few seconds every time we hit play. Focus on the music, not the controls. The Auto-Rewind Feature Set your custom "Rewind Interval" (e.g., 3 seconds). Every time you pause the track to write down a note, the app automatically rewinds your position by those 3 seconds. When you resume playing, you catch the lead-up to the exact spot you left off, ensuring you never miss a beat.
