Not a very useful search tool
While I love buying guitars
Not a good app
They don’t include shipping tracking numbers on your orders. They only list who it was shipped with. I thought including the tracking number would be common sense to include.
Overall good except search mode
Layout of the app is good and easy to navigate. As other reviewers have mentioned you can’t go back to your search when opening the product page. It takes you back to home page. Therefore you lose a filtered search and have to start over.

Search problem
Overall the app works well. However, if I’m in a search, such as effects, and scroll down and migrate to the 3rd or 4th page, and then select some to view, when you go back to your search page, it takes you back to the app home page. So then you have to jump through the hoops selecting your section, filters, then your page. Sorry for the run-on sentence.

Can’t see previous orders
I can’t see previous orders anymore. Also, seemed to deny a legit review of a purchase that wasn’t positive for that item.
I have the card which does have good perks. Just keep the rest on the up and up please.

Garbage app
Keeps going to login page. Won’t let me look at anything, even though I continuously log in. Garbage app, just like their website.
Says I need to update to continue
Apparently I need to update the app to continue but there is no update available in the App Store
Broken With iOS 18.0.1
App will not load. Says update required but no update available.
Just deleted app
I opened the app this morning to buy some great and the screen “asked” ID ID allow notifications. Only problem was that the only way to get past the screen and into the app was to press “Allow”. Not in to businesses that force you to allow them to intrude on your time at their whim. Used to be a decent on-line commerce app. Not on my phone.

Disappointing experience
I just downloaded the app. It was easy to navigate and add items to my cart. I stepped away for one hour, and everything had cleared from my cart when I came back to finish my purchase. I added everything again, but my cart cleared again in less than one hour. I don’t have the time or interest in working this hard to spend money with this company. Other apps save your cart for at least a few hours, so I will be shopping with them.

Frustrating App
The developers of the app have set it up to where you cannot highlight and copy text. This is annoying.
What makes it frustrating is when the link on the tracking number doesn’t work, and then you cannot even highlight the text to copy and paste the tracking number.
Poor decisions by the develop become unnecessary frustrations.

Can’t use unless you enable notifications
I’m deleting this since it wants to force me to accept notifications. That pisses me off.
Love Musician’s Friend but the app is almost unusable
Problems I have had with this app:
Randomly crashes
Randomly requiring login then not logging in
Hard to get app to accept orders, usually have to complete over the phone
Latest: app is requiring me to turn on notifications before I can navigate the app, no opt out. If it’s just as easy for me to turn it off, it’s just as easy for them to add a “not now” button.
I have stopped using the app, because it could not complete the basic functions needed.

Slow, unresponsive, painful.
You can’t even open it now without agreeing to receive notifications. This app is terribly Slow, unresponsive, and painful to use. It doesn’t sync correctly with your account either. I’ve notified support many times and they have done zero to fix it. I finally just deleted the app.
Just deleted this app after long use
Today when I opened the app I was prompted with a button to turn on notifications. There was no other option and no apparent way to get into the app without turning on notifications. Okay then, I just deleted the app.
amp inquiry
I sent an email about a amp, never received a response. Texted a question and was told to make a call myself, guess I didn’t need the amp.
Good Bach instruments
Overall, very good app for me as a trombonist. looking at Bach instruments, I really wish that they had more details for the Bach 42BO and the 42BOF I can’t decide on which one to buy. Overall five stars.
