Poor at Identifying most Music
This app use to be really good but now it just fails to identify even very popular music from some of the top artists.
When this app fails to identify a song i then try Shazam and its identified in a couple of seconds.
May. As well delete it and just use Shazam.

Cancellation help
I have tried to cancel this before my auto renewal date and none of the links or email addresses provided work. I DO NO WANT to be charged for monthly subscription because I COULD NOT cancel before deadline. HELP!!!

What a pointless app can’t identify 1 song waste of time & memory DELETE

Since few years, i have very poor results, even no result. Deezer doing the job, so i remove the app.

Worked great, then all of a sudden , when you open the app it just closes.

Found only wrong matches for all the songs I tried.
What more is there to say? I tried several different songs. I tried singing, playing them from a recording, humming (and I CAN carry a tune). I tried older and more recent stuff. Nothing match correctly. I tried the same song 5 or 6 times and it gave me a different match every time (though to be fair, maybe that's how is supposed to work if you play the same song again -- maybe it's supposed to realize that you're trying again because it wasn't a match...) Anyway, just didn't work for me at all.

No longer a good app
I’ve had this app for 6+ years and it worked really well. Then last year the original app no longer worked so I paid for/down loaded the new version. It’s really bad, not only does it not recognize music in the US music domain, it locks up. I have to close the app and reopen, which it works for one song then the alga rhythm gets locked and doesn’t recognize new songs. So disappointing, do not download this and look for other options.

Can’t even id Pink Floyd like really? Was good a year ago now rarely matches ANY song
Freezes and does not work.
This app started out really well years ago. It’s like nobody maintains it no more. The app freezes all the time. You have to turn your phone completely off to identify a song. By that time the song is over. Now the last few times that does not even work. Don’t waste your time money or effort. I have reached out several times to help them because they used to be good. Now you get no response and nothing gets done.

You killed a great app and I lost hundreds of songs!
I have to completely close out the app between every song and it still only works 2-3 times out of 10.
After all the grief this app has caused I wouldn’t use it now or in the future even if they make it perfect.

Lost all my songs!
Thanks a lot Musicid. Now that I had to download this version I have lost all my saved songs for the previous version. There isn't anywhere to log in to maybe find them. Now I have to start over and can't remember what I had saved on the other version. Thanks allot to Apple also.
Lock up
Have iPhone 12pro max . Keeps locking up . Have to uninstall and install . Will work about 3 songs . This worked great on my old iPhone . Help.
Update
I had the previous version and after updating to the new iOS the app wouldn’t open. Said developer needed to update. Disappointed that I can’t open it to get to my list of songs. Was made to download a new app and don’t have access to the songs on my list. Too bad they don’t transfer over. Please update the old app so I can at least have time to get my list of songs.

Was good at one time.
Lately it don’t ID almost anything. It’s either 1 star or 5. No in between. It works or it don’t work. Well it’s not working quite so well this past year. Every time ya update it, it just gets worse. I don’t give a hollaring hoot about what show it was in or more info about the artist, I just want it to identify a song like it was meant to do. This is the reason I stopped using sound hound. They couldn’t get a song name and then had the balls to charge after 5 free id’s. I’d never pay for this app if ya tried to charge for it. It don’t even work right for free like it use to. Probably gonna delete this one too. Once an app goes bad, they never fix without asking for money. So it looks like the good years with this app is about done. Like the old saying goes “if it ain’t broken, don’t fix it”
