Registered user - app refuses to accept my account
Been using this awhile on my MacBook - paid for a 3 year license. Refuses to work on my iPad. Tells my to renew my account. Not impressed.

Great Tech Support
I’ve been using Music Reader App for roughly 5 years. Honestly I will not be able to do my job efficiently and comfortably without the app! I have downloaded so far roughly 700+ songs. Any sheet music is accessible at my fingertips. As music minister at church with multiple services to serve both traditional and contemporary style, having all my music whenever I need is super important. And just like any technology devices, there are times problems happen. As soon as I reach out to Tech Support, I will hear back in a very reasonable time frame. And he will work with me until the problem is solved. Very reliable tool to have if you are musician like me. Super Thank You, Marco!

Does everything I need!
I have been using MusicReader for many years, and MusicReader5 keeps getting better - from ease of adding charts, lists, editing and support, I highly recommend this app for working professionals.
Couldn’t use it
Crashed on me, I accidentally changed the scrolling settings and it won’t revert to the old settings no matter what I do, dated interface, not for me.
Tech Support is the Best!
I had a few problems recently. Every time I contacted the Tech Support Team, he got back to me and fixed the problems in a very short time. My job relies heavily on the app to do my job well. Thank you Marco!
Can’t read policies
Amateurish system. When I get to the part where I read the various privacy and other and user policies and I can’t see or read anything. When I click on the links for help nothing happens. This app forces you to agree to policies that you can’t even read. Avoid this kind of app at all costs.

We suspect there was a temporary connection issue with our servers at time you tried this, that would explain why it didn't work at that time. Best app for displaying sheet music
I previously bought the predecessor - MusicReader 4 - and it was the best cross-device app for reading and annotating sheet music, despite being quite buggy and having some issues syncing with across devices.
This new release fixes most of those issues and is a huge improvement. I still think it’s the best cross-device app for reading and annotating sheet music for piano. There may be other ones that are better for ipad only, but my requirement was to be able to run on laptop hooked to a (rotated portrait) monitor and on an iPad, synchronized. This works great.
