I am trying to cancel my subscription, you can’t do it from the app or website, talked on line with their AI agent, who suggested to write an email, which I did. The email sent me back to talk with the AI agent because they have high increase request and they will reply within a month.
I am very frustrated and with open heart I am

The lyrics workflow is ridiculous
Paying a subscription or going through all the verification hoops with my gov ID just to upload my lyrics to Spotify is absurd.
Don’t recommend this app
First of all, this is a scam because it doesn’t let me play the songs and also doesn’t allow me to make a playlist

Lyrics don’t upload and customer service is nonexistent
Absolute garbage service if you care about lyrics
TL;DR - Inaccurate lyrics more often than not but the app is too buggy to make submitting corrections feasible.
I run across horribly inaccurate lyrics on Spotify all the time, often MusicMatch curator verified. It finally annoyed me enough to go through the contributor and curator training process so I could help fix them. Boy was that optimistic of me. The experience of using the MusicMatch app to edit and sync lyrics is atrocious. What's more, they will confidently attest that egregiously incorrect and nonsensical lyrics are correct and verified by a curator, with no easy way to rectify or report them. They're so hands-off it's appalling.
To set the context, you must connect a Spotify or Apple Music account to MusicMatch to sync lyrics. No surprise there. However, MusicMatch struggles to maintain that connection. I was persistently presented with a popup to reconnect my account while I was trying to edit lyrics, not even in sync mode. It was extremely disruptive and annoying.
Secondly, when there are syntax errors identified during submission validation, the error message interface doesn't visually correlate to the syntax errors, leaving you to go figure out what error it's referring to yourself.
Lastly, I can tell they tried to make the lyric sync process as simple as possible, but the first song I synced has the final line occuring within 2 seconds of the end of the track, and the app returns the sync marker back to the beginning of the song & lyrics before it reaches the timing mark for the line. And the app won't allow you to submit without syncing every line. The only way around it was to listen to the song on Spotify and watch the timecode, then go into fine adjustment mode in MusicMatch and force it into place while MusicMatch tries to restart the track on you the whole time.
The second song I attempted to submit lyric syncing for was equally frustrating. After I took the time to meticulously sync each line, verifying I hadn't missed any, I pressed Submit and was informed that I wasn't permitted to submit until every line was synced.
This is especially frustrating given how meticulous the required training is to start curating. Give me the right tools to meet your standards. Don't make the process onerous.
Last comment on the training materials. Several of the musical passages don't match the answer options, leaving the trainee to infer the correct answer by other means. Yet there's no way to report aberrant questions. After my experience using MusicMatch from a contributor perspective, I'm no longer surprised that there are so many blatantly inaccurate, "verified" lyrics on their platform.

Unusable sorry state of an app
What on God's earth is this app. It has more glitches than features and barely functions. I tried contributing to one song with countless interruptions and glitches, and after finally syncing the app, it gave me a double-line error which I could not figure out for the life of me, after which it decided to mess up the lyrics anyways.
And basic features like the karaoke or lyrics sync doesn't work properly. Everything is extremely slow, I genuinely find it hard to believe this organisation has contracts with Fortune 500 companies. Utterly ridiculous.

Charged for subscription
I did not purchase a subscription and I was charged and Apple won’t refund me I’m very frustrated
Music and translation options won’t load
Hi, I was trying to select the language of the music and I get a message saying something went wrong. Please fix it.
Blurry on CarPlay, odd support experience.
Lyrics show up distorted and blurry on CarPlay. Reinstalled and ran the basic troubleshooting. Still broken.
There's no support form and no real way to file a bug. You get pushed to Slack to post the issue. Someone in the Slack replied but offered no fix or next step, just "let's see if others report it." I followed up with a question and pinged that same person. Another person in the Slack then told me not to ping someone when no one had replied to my thread, except they had replied. That's the whole reason I was following up. It's not even clear these people work for the company. That's not support.

Useless app
This app is honestly terrible. It forces you to log in EVERY time you open it, which is just ridiculous. It’s full of pop-up ads nonstop, and it’s not free at all because everything useful is locked behind a subscription.
The only reason I downloaded it was for live lyrics, and even THAT is paywalled when other free apps do it better (doesn’t even have music synced lyrics). It feels like a scam just to push subscriptions.
No way this deserves its rating at all.

It’s alright-ISH
The app is alright, but when it comes to the lyrics on CarPlay it’s not continuous so you have to keep refreshing so it syncs to the song.
Bugs like crazy
keeps happening where i’m transcribing the lyrics and while i’m typing it just randomly selects a group of text mid-type and it just erases a chunk of my progress. been doing this for like a year now and it’s getting really frustrating. this just keeps wasting my time

以前はSpotifyアプリと同期したMusixmatchで音楽を聞いても、音源まで干渉されなかった。バージョンアップ後はPCの音源でSpotify音楽を聞いて、iPhoneのMusixmatchで歌詞を見ることができなくなった！！MusixmatchアプリがiPhoneへの音源出力しか許可せず強制的にPCからiPhoneへの出力に切り替わるのが不便！！！そのハイジャック・システムだけRegression！元に戻して！
