Assalamualeykum Muslim kids tv I have been charged £79.00 for an automatic renewal without my consent.
I have contacted them 3 times and still not received my refund.

My kid used this app only for a month month she did not use it I had to sign in and my password didn’t work I had to use a new one and when I was in it didn’t even work.
There’s a big white blank screen before you play the games
And you have to wait long

Beautiful vision, poor execution
Beautiful vision, poor execution. We paid for the subscription over a year yet it was not beneficial to us. The movies like Bilal or other ones would show error even on the TV.

I want a refund honestly
It was nice during the trial.. I paid for the year. And I want my money back lol. You can’t actually log in online to connect it to your tv . I obviously have parent access and my child has a child account on his tablet and I have access only on my phone . My son can’t access because he doesn’t have an account .. but he’s logged in online my account on his profile. I’ve been fighting with it the past few days to get him access I was genuinely excited to have this instead of YouTube or Netflix . This app does not have it together . And I’m waiting ti hear back on how can I get the access only the device that I wanted it for in the first place . It’s a headache ..

Disappointed
I cancelled subscription but still being charged to this day. Neither me nor my kids haven’t used the app last 2 years but they still chose to charge me. Very good “muslim” behaviour. Not happy at all

Great App for Kids - need more Arabic content
I would love to thank the people behind this great app which is great alternative to YouTube for Kids , with great diverse content and good interface + the support for Smart TV

I’ve paid my annual membership was on trial for 14 days but now home page is not loading I get error loading data
Impossible to cancel
Unless you want to continue forever, don’t. Impossible to cancel. I had to change my credit card completely.. and still they try to charge my old card constantly.
App on Samsung TV not working
I downloaded the app on my TV and it just loads and loads . We do not use tablets for our kids as we choose what they have as screen time . How can I pay £7.99 for a service which i cannot use. It keeps on telling me that I need a subscription even I logged in via barcode etc . This needs to sorted or simply pull the app ! If I can’t access on a smart TV - it won’t be useful !

Crashes on tv too much
I was really excited to introduce this to my two-year-old however it seems to crash a lot on the TV which I was very upset with because I was hoping it would have less issues as I would like to use this as an alternative to the other apps especially if I’m paying for this
