Dear girls, I truly suggest not to install this fraud app because from the last 3 days I am trying to delete my profile the otp never works also block or reported accounts again re appears the filters are also not functioning properly I prefer 0 star

The worst app and services ever

Repeated profiles, most of them are fake and you cannot even see their photos. Before purchasing the subscription you’ll get many calls but once you purchase it no one helps you. The worsttt app ever, fraud people

Shows invalid details

Everytime i try to create my profile, it just shows invalid contact number even after 3 years when I tried to create a profile same issue

Horrible App

App is not allowing to delete the account, at the time of registration it sent the OTP instantly but at deletion there is no OTP, chat support keep sending first welcome message, and call support says technical issues, it feels scary. Please stay away from the app, other apps which may not have impressive data are better than this one.

Most likely scam app

I paid for gold or normal package, after which I haven’t much profile. UX is one of worse I have seen. It was miss from my side I didn’t look at the app ratings. I have used to WayToNikah which is mic much better.

Dont install the app, they wont let you delete your account, additionally they calls everyday for subscription, they need otp to delete the account while you will never receive an otp

Worst experience

From the depth of my heart i am fully frustrated by this app. It does not allow me to even delete my profile does not sent otp for deleting. Fake profiles and high subscription amount.

So many bugs, it’s in worst condition presently

iOS App is too Old,not very useful

You can see app is not updated for last 4 years,UI is pathetic, Kerala Matrimony App from same developer/company have better UI, we are paying premium that should be applicable in both sites/devices/apps.

Worst App

This is the worst app ever. Until they get us to subscribe it’s all sweet talk and continuous calls. The moment you part with your money, they will no more call nor pick up your calls. If at all you are successful in connecting to their so-called customer service person, you get the rudest of responses.
They tell you that you are only able to view 3-4 profiles of prospective matches due to to your preference settings. But no matter how wide you keep your preferences, the result remains the same.
Also in those 3-4 profiles that you are able to view, majority would be fake ones.
In spite of taking a prime membership, you will not be able to view 95% of the profile pics, for which we are urged to contact the person directly. If the pics are not available for viewing, what is the purpose of our spending a huge amount on subscription?!

My advice would be to stay away from this fraudulent app. Other than fake profiles and rude customer service personnel, this app doesn’t seem to work on iOS

Save your money, time and effort by staying away from this app!!

Total waste of money, got fake users who are registered to make a big scam with you, this fake users are here to loot your hard earned money by various ways and thug innocent people who are in search of soul mates, worst matrimonial site not trustworthy

ACCOUNT DELETE

When I have tried to delete the account OTP had been not received, I have tried many times on different days.

I feel like deliberately OTP is not generated, I’m prime customer so phone number is verified already.

This isn’t technical bug, Regulatory body(Gov.) is the real bug here.

Pls dont even consider this matrimony, its full of fake profiles , they'll keep contacting you to upgrade to prime , they'll convince you that only prime members can get prime profile matches with profile picture and all . and after you upgrade, you'll get to know that... 90% of prime profiles do not even have a profile picture ... all fake and pathetic ,

Waste of money

Guys who have access to approves/disapprove the description edits which me made, kindly approve or disapprove only. Don’t edit on your own and change the meaning. Has some basic English sense and then do your job.

Worst experience ever

Please do not waste you time and money. Its filled with fake profile and when you raise your concern with customer service they do not listen you and only talk in cold and unapologetic tone. Whether you relax your preferences or broaden your preference there will only be few profile that will highlight. Within a span of 1 months i came across 4 fake profiles and when you raise the concern you get no resolution!
