Subscription is not working
Salam Everyone, please don’t buy subscription of this application.
It’s like a scam even if you paid for a month or year it will keep pushing you to purchase.
I have purchased it in may for a month but nothing worked, then June, july, Nothing worked I emailed 20 times to their customer service and last reply was “OK” what does this ok means??
Recently My wife paid for full
year subscription to
check if its working or not same thing happend not subscribed yet.
I have emailed them more than 23 times but No one resolved my issue and ask the same question of provide user id or email.
Now today is12 Aug 2026, Its beeen 4 months.
What a pathetic customer service

Life Changing App
I use this app each time I shop for new items. Very useful & informative.
Really great concept, too many long ads.
The concept of Mustakshif is incredible - May Allah reward the team for their efforts and place barakah in the app. Makes it very easy to differentiate products that are Mushbooh and Halal Suitable especially.
However, since the last update or two, every single scan comes with a minute long video of two, full-length ads. Used to be 15 second, skippable ads, which was annoying enough with every scan. This is unnecessarily difficult. I get that monetisation is likely needed, using the subscription, but the base app should still be free and working for all.
In addition, the coin system does not work at all. I think I’ve submitted many new products, since I’ve scanned items that don’t have a listing. Not one coin earned from anything. That could have made up for the ads.
Once again, the concept and app itself is phenomenal, and really beneficial. But minute long ads are making it borderline unusable. Literally have to go to the website instead as a shortcut to skip the ads for it to even be useable in a supermarket or corner shop. If this is fixed, and smoothed out, would probably rate 5 stars.

Shows ad when needed
Whenever i need to scan something it shows ad for such a long time. Really not helpful.
