THE VERSES COME FROM THE BIBLE, NEVER FROM AI Every verse you read comes from a real Bible translation, stored on your phone. Mustard Tree writes the devotional around the passage. It is never asked to write the passage itself. HOW IT WORKS Say what you would like to walk through, in your own words. A season you are in, a question you keep coming back to, a book of the Bible you have never finished. Choose how long it runs: a single sitting, a few days, a month, even a year. Choose how it reads: Scripture only, a devotional guide, or both. Ask for a deeper study and it goes line by line. Your journey opens as a list of days, each with its own reading. You can see the whole plan ahead of you, and you can start any day whenever you want. Open a day and it is written for you then. Before you read, it asks what is on your mind. Your answer changes how that day is written. It never changes which passage you are given. EACH DAY Scripture at the center, and a short devotional written around it. The passages appear right inside the day, and you can ask questions about the reading. The answers stay with that day, grounded in the passage you just read. You can highlight verses in five colors, and they stay highlighted. YOUR TREE You plant a seed before your first reading. It grows on the days you read: seed, sprout, seedling, sapling, young tree, full tree. It only grows on the days you engage with Scripture. There is no streak, no points, and no badges. HOW IT SOUNDS One box in Settings changes the writing. Name your church, ask for plainer language, say what you are carrying right now. It changes the writing, never the Scripture. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO There is no chatbot to talk to and no feed to scroll. There are no ads and no tiers. Mustard Tree does one thing: it gives you somewhere to start in the Bible today. BEFORE YOU START An account and a subscription are required to use the app. Creating a plan and writing each day need an internet connection; the Bible text is already on your phone.
