Non-existent customer service.
A fine enough app in terms of functionality, but if you’re experiencing issues with the service don’t expect any kind of support. The ‘leave feedback’ function in the app is completely broken, and the support emails they list are linked to a domain that doesn’t exist, so any question or problem you have has no way of being addressed. And they expect you to pay for this?

Loved this app but..
Sucks to see that you have to pay to use the app now, this was my favorite app that I was using because I like to keep track of my songs and what I’m listening to, but once I updated my app for this I saw that you have to pay. & you cannot even bypass it so honestly what’s the whole point of using it anymore. I was using this app for a long time now to keep track of my songs:/ now I can’t even do that and have to look elsewhere to see them. It was nice while it lasted I guess 🫠
