Login issues

Not able to login in to app from UAE. Secondly the customer service is appalling they take 14-15 days to respond to email. There is no alternative option to make payment online.. finally had to send my senior citizen parent to their branch in person to pay off the instalment

Error in top up loan

Its been 7 days since I have been trying to get the top up. But everytime I see a error message that my registration number under 24*7 facility has been deactivated. I visited the branch they said that it is activated so try after sometimes. I also called the customer care they asked me to wait for 24hrs as there is a issue in app. Though nothing has been fixed yet. I can see the top up is available when I am selecting my bank to get it credit it is giving me an error. Pathetic!!

Suppose I have taken 50K, and partial amount paid 25K. So balance should be 25K.

Not compatible for IOS 16.7

Please make it compatible for older versions also Thank you
I’m using ios16.7 and this App gets stuck in OS update page and not letting to go back to home page.
I Only use this app to pay gold loan
Either make it compatible for old IOS versions or suggest me of alternative options

Worst app

This type of app i didn’t see in my life every time showing some thing went wrong
Not opened properly i cant understand app developers why didn’t fix the issue i have been using last 1 year every time showing some thing went wrong error worst application developers also didn’t fix the issue

It’s app is not working .. every time asking for new update .. once did but again redirecting for same .. update now .. 100 times did the same thing .. it’s only redirecting to App Store to update and muthoot page to update now else nothing happening .. same issue I am facing last 2 weeks ..when called to Customer care .. they suggested to visit branch only they have solution for Muthoot app.. as a working person .. we are unable to visit branch that’s the reason we are using app .. but no solution.. if you have this online facility .. look into this also

Love the app. Simple fast and genuine.
Applied for gold loan, smooth processing and repayment also easy.
Only issue is balance is not shown.
Bill payments also quick and easy.

Loan process slow- internet issues

Due to slow internet loan process is taking too much time at Mudhol branch. It happened quite a few times with me. Kindly fix the internet issue. Rest is excellent.

Show Updated Current Balance after each payments

This app should show how much current balance is left after paying interest and principle to the customer else there is a high chance that the customer or loan taker will pay more than the loan amount. This is a basic thing and should be ensued for the safety of the customer. Please consider this as top priority and fix this asap.I heard several customers has already raised complaints about this issue.

Disappointing Experience - NOC Not Provided

I've been a customer of Muthoot Fincorp for my two-wheeler loan which is taken on July 2019, which I repaid in full. However, when I requested a No Objection Certificate (NOC) through their customer executive, I was disappointed to find that the process wasn't smooth. Despite multiple attempts, I didn't receive the NOC, and they told me that i couldn’t find any records against your loan account number.

I hope the team helps me in this and provides me NOC for sake. I am in trouble to not getting NOC.

Worst app ever

They will be changing or upgrading app every other month which is good, but this should happen quickly and they should intimate client that app will not work on these days. Often when I open to pay interest amount it show try again after sometimes and it goes on for several days, these leads to delay in interest payment and if I cross the dates have to pay additional charges.

Unable to pay the custom ammount
