I cannot make an account because it says my zip code is invalid. Why haven’t they fixed this yet?
Can’t Make an Account
While trying to make an account, I can’t make it past the second step because it keeps saying my zip code is invalid.

I also had issues with my zipcode not being accepted. I live in the US but not in the Chicago or Portland areas (where this app seems to be most popular). Maybe the range needs to be expanded?

Canadians can’t use this I guess
I second the other reviewers issue, seems a bit odd to have “enter your postal code” written and then it refuses all postal codes. I guess it’s just another American-centric app experience. It’s a shame, this app would do amazingly well in Montreal.
Can’t register because of problem with registration form
I’d love to try the app, but the registration form seems to be designed for Americans. Seeing as I’m Canadian, and postal codes here contain both numbers AND LETTERS, I can’t input it into the registration form, which only allows numbers
I’m assuming this is because American zip codes only use numbers, but that’s no excuse when that part of the form is labelled “zip/postal code”. Please fix this soon, thank you for your time

Great for volunteering!
I’m a premed student so volunteering opportunities are really hard to come by right now, with COVID. This really helped me stay engaged with my community! It’s a small app now, but I could see this growing really big. If you’re in Champaign, give it a try!
It feels good to help someone in need!
I was looking for a way to help struggling local families directly during these very trying times. This app allowed me to find a local family in need of PPE and Food. It has a messaging feature that allowed me to coordinate sending an e-gift card and masks from Amazon directly to their home.
