They need to fix the ticket purchase function
The tutorial on how to by a ticket doesn’t correspond with the actual functionality on the app. It says to go to Store and then buy a ticket … but whenever you to Store it just says there are no tickets available. Since the ticket machines don’t work about 40 percent of the time this just adds to the less than friendly experience for the customer.
