I never had any issues with these apps except on muzz. Their system is the worst.
Automatic block and flags profiles and appeals that customer service never want to help or solve.
It wasted my time. If muzz wants this review removed, then restore my account. They never
appreciate customers appeals, they treat customers like nothing.

App has compromised on the quality aspect
If you’re a Muslim woman beware, the owners of the app have been so desperate to grow that they’ve invited anyone and anything to be on here, including non Muslim men who are just plain weird and creepy. Quality of men has gone down considerably in the past year and it’s so sad to see.

There aren't many women on this site. Most seem to be from overseas, and there are very few matches in Sydney. Whether you're a Gold member or not, the number of new matches is very limited.
Money hungry and worst support.
After being a long-time member, I’ve noticed that they only care about finding new ways to make money after charging for premium services. They still want to charge you for features that are supposed to be included. Now, they’ve charged to show already swiped profiles. The app isn’t showing anything, and the worst part is the terrible experience and the poor tech support.

This app used to be useful…..… “USED TO” being the key words. Whilst you can use the app free of charge, you’re better of just not bothering. The amount of likes you get as standard is ridiculous. Want to upgrade to gold and pay £35? No problem…..if you STILL want to have limited likes. 45 likes every 12 or so hours with gold membership paying £35, is nothing short of ridiculous. This is the only app i have ever had to write a review on because of how bad it is. let this be enough of a sign to NOT download. Would give negative stars if I could, the app doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

This app is not designed to help the Muslim community; its primary focus seems to be extracting as much money as possible from its users.
If someone has liked your profile, you can’t like them back without paying for Premium. If you’ve accidentally passed on someone and later discover they liked you, you can’t give them a second chance unless you pay. Want more likes? Pay. Want to see who’s nearby? Pay. Want to see who has just joined? Pay. Want to boost your profile so more people see it? Pay.
It feels like almost every useful feature is locked behind a paywall, making the free version frustrating to use. Instead of encouraging genuine connections, the app seems designed to push users into paying for features that many would expect to be part of the basic experience.
If the focus shifted from constant monetisation to helping Muslims find compatible partners, it would be a much better platform.

They will make you pay monthly subscription and will only allow you one message. Any thing you want to do will be charged on top. They have made every opportunity to contact anyone impossible. Whole app is designed just to get money out of you. This should sum up this app

You’ll get a lot of unserious people, but there are some great people on this app. Might take a while to find your person though 👍
Now gold members who pay will get limited likes.
They are cons and only care about money, those who paid to have gold membership will will now have limited likes. If you want more you will need to pay more on top of your gold membership. Worst greedy decision ever. Deleting this. Charge back initiated with bank. Missold.
