honestly the overall experience and quality of this app is wonderful the meaning behind it is amazing its very well pit together honestly you should really look at it its wonderful…

This app used to be useful…..… “USED TO” being the key words. Whilst you can use the app free of charge, you’re better of just not bothering. The amount of likes you get as standard is ridiculous. Want to upgrade to gold and pay £35? No problem…..if you STILL want to have limited likes. 45 likes every 12 or so hours with gold membership paying £35, is nothing short of ridiculous. This is the only app i have ever had to write a review on because of how bad it is. let this be enough of a sign to NOT download. Would give negative stars if I could, the app doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
Update - This app is only getting worse day by day. Before as a gold member you would get 45 likes, now? 30. This is absolutely ridiculous and is deception at its finest. It’s clear the CEO and the rest of the team only care about money. Nothing else. They make it harder day by day for you to meet a potential spouse. THIS APP ALSO HAS FAKE REVIEWS. It’s clear they push “good” reviews from fake people once an influx of bad reviews hit their App Store page. One of the biggest downfalls in an app iv seen.

So, let me get this straight. As a man, I cannot blur my photos, but women can? I cannot see who liked me without paying, but women can for free? As a man, I must upload three photos of myself, but women only require one upload. As a man, I need to write a bio which must meet a specific word count, but women write nothing. Gross app
They literally have live chat and video call (inappropriate) ads like for OF type sites. Why would you allow such ads? They will give you people outside of your search in every way (why is a non practicing person considered “within your filter”) and if you want to set dealbreakers? Pay 30 bucks for a week. I tried a free match making site and the first match there was a million times better than all the people they’re showing me. They also hide people near you from you. They just want you to pay. OH and if you delete your profile, it’s not deleted. It’s all saved and if you try to make a new account MONTHS later, your old photos and bio will pop up. A waste of time and it’s not halal in how it’s made.

I feel like it’s a scam
Garbage app, I have given the app so many chances to prove me wrong, i paid and got zero promising results, absolutely zero, your advertising is so good that shows that you will get married the moment you subscribe for gold thingy and it just kept getting worse and worse idk if this is a legit app, only got one match and disappeared after 1 hour and even the human looked fake.

Women I have matched with have mental issues. Their previous relationships ended badly so they take out their frustrations on someone else. Disgusting behaviour.
Also, a lot of unserious women on here too. They like you and tell you that they are looking for marriage and having children but in reality they are just wasting time.

Not What It Use To Be…
When I first used this app a few years ago, I had a pretty positive experience overall. Unfortunately, it feels like the app has gone downhill significantly since then.
A few weeks ago, you could send 15 likes before having to wait for your likes to reset. Now that’s been reduced to just 8. Even more frustratingly, if someone likes your profile, as a male you can’t simply view their profile and like them back unless you pay for a Gold subscription.
The only other option is to filter through hundreds of profiles in the hope of eventually finding the person who has already liked you — and only then can you match with them. This makes the free experience extremely frustrating and feels unnecessarily restrictive.
The prices for boosts and Gold membership are also excessive. A single 3-hour boost costs £4.99, while just one week of Gold costs £22.99. That’s incredibly expensive, especially compared with what the app used to offer when I first joined.
I’ve tried meeting people through events and through family, and unfortunately the apps seemed like my best remaining option. But with how much the experience has changed, and how heavily it now seems focused on subscriptions and paid features, I’ve decided to delete my profile.
It’s a shame, because I genuinely think this app could be great if it focused more on helping people connect rather than constantly pushing them towards paid features.

Please look into the types of ads shown. There is no need for a halal app to show ads with nudity.
Coercing money out
It’s really annoying that you can’t see who likes you. Essentially it’s forcing you to be a Gold-member just to see who liked you which makes the app really frustrating to use.

They decrease your like option once you pay. Before it was 45 and now after I paid it’s 24! Stick to the free which was 10 not sure about now.
Narcissistic women overall
At least in my experience, even though I expanded my filters to other states and been very flexible actually, but I have only dealt with narcissistic and nightmare type of women are rather matches. I had high hopes because it’s a Muzz desi app but it’s like Tinder pretty much or it’s just entitled. Women.

Clever Money Trap
Other users can see if you are liking them unless they pay. And even if you pay for a package you still have to pay to message someone. The app is designed to keep you hoping and paying and to keep you as a customer they won’t benefit of you matching with someone and disappearing on them. However, if you are lucky you will be matched with a Cryptocurrency scammer as the app is flooded with them (a negative comment from a very positive person 😬)

Waste of money/not recommended
A lot of existing accounts that’s active and worth to approach. The App will ask you to upgrade to cold and then more money to do like! And more money to send messages! Then you find out the these accounts not active at all or maybe fake!!! Lol

Never using this again. The customer service is horrible and is not available. Also very expensive. I had the worst experience. The customer services sent generic responses. I appealed many times but they still banned.
