It’s been 48 hours and you still haven’t responded to the fact that my likes are running out despite I have a gold membership. Please could you respond and fix accordingly. Unless with gold membership, you likes our limited. Either way, please let me know.

I am so grateful to have had this app with me, as without it, I would of not found my dream person. I was really put of using this app first, but thought not everyones story is the same. So I gave it a go and here I am now. I will forever remember muzz.

Charged After Deactivating My Account
I deactivated my account and was no longer using the app, yet I was still charged for a subscription renewal. This is very disappointing. Users should not be billed after deactivating their accounts without clear consent or reminders. I’ve contacted support and hope they process a refund promptly. Please improve your subscription cancellation process and customer support.

You can’t choose an option as an muslim woman to put your picture or not and they just keep giving you warnings about violating their guidelines and I didn’t do anything just like few posts and put a cat picture, this app needs to fix their reporting thing and more options for Muslims

Muzz and Ahmad Ibrahim
I usually think this app is decent however I’m ashamed to write this as a bother. However sisters need to be careful. Ahmad Ibrahim (Camden) uses this app to cheat on sisters. He went from non Muslim sisters to Muslim sisters. He has used ‘marriage’ to manipulate sisters for intimacy. Without giving details this brothers works in sales/ bike industry. He has an awful temper and should not be allowed on this app anymore.

This app used to be good but now they want to make more money off you! They used to let you have a gold membership and unlimited likes now you pay for gold and still have to pay for more likes. Will never use this app again. Just a money making scheme. So much haram from the developers

The new Gold is a theft..
The whole app doesn’t make sense and the paid sub is just a theft. You can’t change location, you don’t see people nearby if they are in bordering countries.. and now even Likes are limited 😂 It’s a joke
Use Hinge instead
I honestly regret paying for the premium service. It’s incredibly disappointing to spend money on a subscription only to be hit with constant paywalls and be told I need to purchase additional “likes” or take out a loan just to continue using features. That feels exploitative, greedy, and completely unethical.
The pricing model comes across as designed to squeeze as much money as possible out of customers rather than provide value. Paying for a premium membership should actually feel premium—not like the beginning of endless upselling.
Because of this experience, I can no longer recommend this service to anyone. I have referred many people in the past, but that ends today. I won’t be recommending it again, and I’ll make sure others know about my experience before they decide to spend their money here.
