Gave me a free ride

Thank you guys for giving me free access on my birthday- jazakum Allah kheir for that !
In order for you to entice us to pay, when we are not sure if this really works or not by allowing us once every 6 or 8 weeks access to see who looked or liked our profile. Thanks

DONT PAY! Gold subscription feels like money-milking

I paid $49.99 for Muzz Gold and immediately after that I was still blocked by the like limit and asked to pay another $10.99 for more likes.

This is ridiculous. What exactly did I pay Gold for if the app still pushes extra paid top-ups right after purchase? The upgrade feels unclear, misleading, and designed to keep squeezing users for more money.

I’m requesting a refund because this did not work the way I expected. This feels like money-milking, not a serious marriage app. I would not recommend paying for Gold unless Muzz makes the limits and extra charges completely clear before payment.

Pay to play

Unless you’re going to spend money on their subscription, dont bother. You wont match with any of your likes because all their accounts are “locked”. Total money grab folks, “Muslim” and “Islam” are just buzz words for the app developers

P*rn Ads

This is an app for Muslims to find love, but most of the time they don’t even show you people within your filters, and I’ve seen multiple p*rn ads. On an app for halal love how can you allow such ads? It’s clear they don’t actually want people to find love. They just want money.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. NOT A MUSLIM APP ANYMORE. I even have screenshot that I cannot upload.

The app is advertising for inappropriate context (18+)apps!!!! The app is now inviting people to download other inappropriate content apps by their advertisements in addition to all the pushing to by their premium user status. Unbelievable!

No connections or options

Unless you pay for the site, it’s awful. We only get five slots, so we are often unmatched immediately by the people we match, because they are also only allowed five matches at a time. It doesn’t even give you the option to select basic things like whether you would date someone who has children or not. First of all, I’ve been on the app for nearly a year and have never gotten past a couple of messages. A highly educated, tall, good-looking man can’t get a single connection. I might get a match once every two weeks. And when I do get matched, I get unmatched before I even get a chance to message them, because they matched with so many people that they have to eliminate some before they can start talking to the next person.

Clicked mistakenly and they banned my account and stolen my money

I was just exploring various sections in the app and I saw marital status section and mistakenly clicked on married. After that I got the notification that my account has been banned for next 6 months. I have paid for a gold membership. They looted my money without any prior notification. Kindly refund my money if you are not going to remove ban from my account. Will find some other platform. Is this a way you handle your users? On the name of Muslim app, you are scamming people??
Total scam. Refund my money or else I have to escalate this to the cyber crime department

Allah permits polygyny, app does not lol

What’s all the discrimination against couples looking for another wife? Do you support marriages or not?

Scam

Muzz is one of the most frustrating dating apps I’ve ever used. The monetization feels deliberately designed to keep users spending money. First, you’re pushed toward buying Gold membership, and then you’re encouraged to spend even more on likes and other paid features. It feels less like a dating service and more like an endless funnel to extract money from people who are genuinely looking for a relationship.

What makes it worse is the way these purchases are presented—as if paying more will meaningfully improve your chances of connecting with someone. Instead, it can feel like the app keeps moving the goalposts: pay for membership, then pay for more likes, then pay for something else.

In my experience, this is an extremely exploitative approach to monetizing people’s desire for companionship. I would strongly encourage anyone considering Muzz to read the terms carefully and think twice before spending money. It feels less like a dating app and more like a money-making machine disguised as one.

Not worth it at all for the men

They purposely hide your profile from getting matches, not worth it. And is extremely expensive too

Option to add weight

It’s important for some men and women who are mindful of that and they have a certain preference, would be a very minimal addition but a great one

1 star because I have to leave that otherwise 0

1/5 — Greedy, overpriced, full of restrictions. Pay a premium subscription and still get barely any likes. Constant paywalls just to use basic features. One of the most expensive apps for the least value. Started okay, now it's all about taking your money. Avoid.

Hi

Wow, really super

Scammers

It’s full of scammers, ghosting and fake profiles even some AI generated not good. Total waste of time and money.
