Mobile banking app
This app has been giving me trouble for over a week. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, logged out and it still isn’t working properly. Today I experienced another error…the app won’t pickup my stamp. This app needs work.

I love Middletown Valley Bank. Both their personal banking system and their business banking system. They never fail to provide personal service in an accurate and timely manner. Their online banking system is smooth as glass.

I’ve used several banks in the past, including several that have spent hundreds of millions moving to the cloud. You’d think the big banks would have a better online experience, but they don’t match Middletown Valley Bank’s app and website experience. This is hands down the best online banking experience I’ve had!

This app used to work well.
This app used to work well now it seems to take 10 times to take a picture of the back of the check to get it to go through. Please fix this, as I really don’t want to go to another bank, but if this persists, I have no choice.
