WHILE YOU TRAIN On the first exercise of a session, MVIII asks one question: do you want your food sorted by the time you finish? Choose a day of meals, a cook once prep, or an order from a restaurant, and it gets on with it while you train. The timing is the whole idea. Reading a real menu takes a minute or two, and a workout is the one stretch where your phone is already out and you are not waiting on it. Name the restaurant and the city, put the phone down, and the order is there on your summary when you rack the last set. It is also built against the right numbers. The order is written for the macros this session is about to earn you, not the ones you had sitting still. You are asked once, on the first exercise, and never again that session. Say Not Now and it does not come back. YOUR MEAL PLAN STAYS PUT A plan you built used to vanish the moment you closed the sheet, and building it again cost you another generation. Now it persists. Today's plan sits on the Food tab without a tap, and one tap logs a meal from it. Plans also stopped being one-at-a-time. A day of meals and a cook-once prep answer different questions, so both can exist. A new Planned section groups them by the day they are for, labels them by kind, and gives you Log It on any meal and Remove on any plan. Prep has a permanent button in the header instead of a banner that eventually decides it is no longer news. Meal prep now returns the ingredients, so the shopping list finally exists. Snacks can be asked for by craving. Food can be logged to a day that has already passed. CARRIES ARE TIMED A carry is time under load. Prescribing "400m" assumed a measured route that nobody training in a garage or a hotel corridor has, so the same number meant four different efforts to four different people. Carries are now a clock. Load still records, distance still records and says it is optional, and two carries at the same load for the same time rank by ground covered. PACE THAT NAMES THE RIGHT DIRECTION A row done on a bench was inheriting the bench press's words and telling you to press. A pulldown was being given the pull-up's verbs, so it named one direction twice. "Pull Down" as two words matched nothing at all. And a carry read PACE "Hold" when you are, in fact, walking. All four now read correctly. MENUS ARE REMEMBERED A restaurant menu already read is kept on your phone, so looking at it again costs nothing and returns instantly. FIXES - Reservation reminders have never fired for anyone. They do now. - Today's meal plan could go missing depending on your timezone, and an evening rebuild could stack a second copy of the day instead of replacing it. - The screen could sleep in the middle of a workout after a carry or a run. - Finish could be tapped twice, which wrote one session into Apple Health as two overlapping workouts. - Saying "done" on the workout summary logged a set you had not performed. - A training goal's target date could land a day early or late depending on where you are. - Running out of daily generations now says so, instead of looking like a failure and telling you to try again.
