No es accesible

uso un iPhone 13 con la última versión para este julio 2026 del sistema operativo, pero la versión anterior me permitía colocar usuario y contraseña e iniciar con opciones de reconocimiento de rostro, pero ahora no me permite colocar nombre y nada. La navegación es imposible con el lector de pantalla VoiceOver.

Esta aplicacion siempre ha tenido muchisimos errores pero desde este ultimo update hace dos dias la APP no carga, no me permite verificar el soft token en la pagina web, en conclusion no puedo hacer absolutamente nada online.
