Won’t allow you to withdraw money
I am calling the gaming control to file a complaint about this company.
I deposited money and got my bonus money but after playing for an hour or two and it will not allow any withdrawal. There is no help desk or phone number for support. It also does not recognize the phone number I put in. I verified three times that I put in my phone number correctly but it keeps saying it doesn’t recognize my phone number.

Complete scam
I deposited $40 and played for a while and won $80. Tried to withdrawal and was now allowed to. I was told to contact support. Go to check out support and was told my phone number doesnt match their records even though i can clearly see on my account that it does. Avoid. They wont let you withdrawal. I will be reporting to the Nevada Gaming Commission.

There is no App Support
I’m giving 1 star because I can’t even get signed up to play and see if it’s good. It seems like it but because there’s a hyphen in my name on my id it scans into the info fields and it’s apparently not allowed not us it slowed to be changed at all. So I’ve looked at every link and every website connected to this app and NOWHERE is there a place to contact support so if you have any problem playing or getting your money it Lona like you’re going to be f’d out of luck! Idk what else to say. No phone number, no email nothing… weird

To make matters worse, I received a random email late at night informing me that my account had been credited $10 (with an expiration time of 6 hours). I promptly updated my app to use this bonus, but unfortunately, I didn’t see the email until the morning, and the $10 had already expired. It’s disappointing that customer service hasn’t been able to resolve this issue.
