I don’t even think Tribune tested this afterthought for accrptance
I know this was a free app for an event. However, it didn’t have to be so clunky. For example, the FAQ is enormous and very arcane. There wasn’t any search facility. I had to spent hours trundling through the app to find the arcane filter that was an upside down funnel. Send anonymous feedback was impossible. There are other instances of unrealistic expectations for the neophyte public. I suggest next year, get out of your silos and solicit real people, like the volunteers in yellow shirts that helped a great deal.
