Helpful but limited
So first off the app is useful. It provides the following features as of June 2024:
⚾️ Ability to reserve or book with private instructors, signup for camps, and review purchases (kinda).
⚾️ Schedule a party
⚾️ Add bookings to Calendar via Apple integration
While I appreciate this App for giving me direct access to our kids activities and coordination the following would be helpful additions:
⚾️ Store Credit Card information or integrate with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Paypal. Having to enter the plethora of Financial information for each transaction is both tedious and often more risky than storing the CC information securely. Use of the third parties above allows you to not be responsible for PCI regulations.
⚾️ Add ability to Book multiple weeks at once for summer camps. There is a section in the menu labeled subscriptions, but it doesnt appear to be used anywhere? Everything looks to be a single transaction. Not sure if this could be utilized to assist in this regard.
⚾️ Add builtin calendar as well for viewing all events signed up for.
⚾️ Add ability to manage multiple children and their activities natively.
⚾️ Add ability to provide feedback directly to coaches and/or management about a class, trainer, or service.
⚾️ Add a suggestion or service request area for customers to request specific services not covered.
Anyways. We appreciate the app, just figured it would be worth identifying areas of improvement for the developers.
