If you want a rating for the app, the app itself is very good. The problem is that they're constantly showing commercials that interrupt the news. This is a live news app, not a podcast or music app where interruptions are unacceptable. So, if you want this app to have 5 stars, synchronize the commercials and stop interrupting the news and interviews.
