Most of bus drivers are very rude and unfriendly.

It's fantastic to know that the Mwasalat Sharjah to Muscat bus line has been launched, but the apps and website are not operating to book tickets; we can't even make a booking because we are not receiving any Otp.

Even after entering correct email Id and password I don’t receive any email link to activate my account.it says a verification email has been sent to your email id, nothing received after many repeated attempts. Worst app. There is no mawsalat office in my location literally stuck with private players.

DOESN’T LET YOU REGISTER
We tried registering for Mwasalat at home in Australia, in Istanbul AND as we arrived at Muscat International Airport AND whilst in Muscat.
You have to enter your mobile number for a verification code and it NEVER COMES.
Needs to have email verification.

Number login on mobile app- Even after repeated tries, I never received any OTP.

Very basic, but no other choice
This is the only app that has comprehensive public transport routes and schedules in Oman. It’s simple enough to use, but you have to know the name of your bus stops or pick them from the map, you can’t search for a place name.
Terrible, absolutely the worst
Why block Uber and Careem if this is what your alternative is? No software support, you don’t even match Google maps for location data, and you require about 87 steps for verification. I ended up just walking there and back. You will too or you will just stay out. Total failure of an app.
