A big disappointment
It is truly astonishing how an event that literally revolves around technology can build such a hideous app. The app’s downtime exceeds by far its runtime, the networking feature barely ever works and it overall has a horrible user experience that is riddled with bugs, lags and every page is glitchy. This is truly disappointing given the size of investment companies are putting in this event only to find an app performing like this. Do better…

Why use the verification photo ad the main one?
This app uses the verification photo as the main photo without informing users. Instead of displaying the photo we upload, it publicly shows the verification image without any warning. This lack of transparency is misleading and should be addressed. Users deserve clear communication about how their photos will be used.

Registration fails with Safari
I was unable to complete the registration process on my iPhone 13 with iOS 16.7.2. The app redirects to the MWC web page through the default browser (Safari in my case) to verify your photo ID, but when it tries to access the camera a blank screen appears with no error message and it’s impossible to complete the registration. I switched to Chrome and it worked fine. This might be avoided if the entire registration process was carried out within the app. Aside from this issue, the app appears to work fine so far.
