App Does not work
Please be informed that the app has not been working for a long time now. It doesn’t even let you sign in with the error of ‘connection timeout try again later’. Please how is this supposed to serve its purpose if there’s no one to manage its effectiveness. Kindly look into this. The website is another problem on its own. Please assist.

I have tried logging into this app for the longest of time to view my NIN slip for personal and professional use but it has been a hassle. If there is a way to not rate this app and service, I would have submitted this review without rating.
Application not working again
I am writing to bring to your notice that this application has stopped working for over 6months without a solution. It’s always saying connection time out, pls try again later since February and I’ve downloaded on it other devices to dual check but it’s still the same problem.

It so unfortunate that this app is not working trying to log in with my NIN number for 2 weeks now not working and very very frustrating just a waste of time

Lookup fails to yield results because connection fails every time
