I used the online web portal to pay for multiple water bills. Finally I can do it one my device itself. Also my biggest request to be able to see and download the receipts after making payments has finally come to the app.

The app crashes every time I try to open. It has been like this since iOS 15 update. And it has been months since then with no update or fix. This app should be removed from Apple Store.
